- DiRocco ESPN ^

I wonder where DiRocco got this stat from. This article from the ringer says we're 9th in the league with a 31.4% pressure rate, referencing Football Outsiders. I don't have FO premium though to see deeper than that. It was also just a good article to read.

Decent read - but he’s incorrect in the attempt to paint the Dallas game as something other than an outlier. It was very much an outlier performance by the defense.

Regarding the pressure rate. Doesn’t matter which number is more correct - anyone watching the Games with a brain between their ears can see they’ve pressured QBs pretty consistently outside of Prescott.

I wish ESPN would assign a new Jags beat writer. DiRocco has run his course.

I don't feel he really adds anything new to Jaguars ESPN coverage. He tends to say the obvious stuff or the same mantras being repeated by the general national media. He also never seems to break news on anything via social media, such as injuries or conversations with staff. I really wonder how much access or contacts he actually has.
