Not that it's really that much of a secret but it's starting to gain more traction now as the 2019 regular season comes closer to an end and with Ron Rivera's recent firing.

Not sure what the value will be on him though. He's been dealing with a lot of shoulder and foot injuries since last year and now with surgery involved he would be fortunate to be ready by March at the age of 31 by the time the regular season starts in 2020.
Value wise he's probably ranging anywhere between RD2 - RD4. No way can I see a team shelling out a 1RD selection for him though. The landing spot is what's the most interesting subject.
The Dolphins have the draft picks to wheel and deal for him if they decide Tagovailoa is too risky. I can't see the Bengals opting to trade for him if they're holding onto the number one selection for Joe Burrow. Maybe the Broncos and Chargers will be in play depending on what they do with Flacco and Rivers respectively.
Chicago & Tampa Bay would be interesting locations as well.
