Trevor Lawrence is generational. He's gifted with everything: physical strength, height, and Sunshine good looks, but most importantly he has it between the ears.
Justin Fields has a huge arm and is a great runner, but that's both an asset and a liability in the NFL. Unless he learns to temper his run ability, he'll end up like Lamar Jackson in a couple of years - injured and missing games.
Short pass game. Not enough. I think Defillipo has to go as well.
These routes are terrible. With a bad OL there are no routes over the middle after they run a bunch of deep routes. They don't attack multiple levels.
