We need the Giants to take Simmons at 4 so that the Panthers take Brown at 7 and we can avoid that mistake.

It seems that Akers and CEH are almost ALWAYS available in the 4th rd. Does this seem realistic given the value of RBs now?

Maybe the 3rd but 4th no.  I think its a slim chance either will be

This guy has really dropped in mocks since the end of the regular season.  Remember when many mocks had him late first or early second.  Now it feels like he'd be lucky to be a day 2 draft pick.

CEH is a day 2 if not round 2 lock IMO. Akers probably round 3 if I had to guess but it wouldn't shock me if he fell to the 4th.

Probably because of a hip injury and he struggles against fast DE/DT. 

He has to lose some weight imo.
