There will be a lot of crow eaten in the media and pepsi when GMII comes back for the 2020 season.
He'll be smarter, have a better Offense around him and will be even more fun to watch.

Most people have been positive about him though

Will you promise to go with Nicky if we can find someone stupid enough to take his contract off of our hands?
boycotting the troll. don't know if I have the willpower to boycott pepsi, though.
I think we've identified the leader of "The Contingent".
Congratulations to Ronster. We'll mail you your Flat Earth Certificate shortly.
His little road trip aside, I don't get the feeling that this guy is gonna party all offseason until he has to be in for camp.
At least, I hope not...
What the hell has Minshew done to deserve all this love? He is JUST A GUY at this point in his career. LOL, seriously, he has a strong personality so you want to crown him the Jags starting QB... Naive and silly, and goes to show that you homers have no idea how the game of football works. Nick Foles is a PROVEN winner when it counts, it's not his fault our O line blows. But whatever, the Jags suck and have sucked for a long time, so maybe you homers just need something to glob onto. Good Grief.....
I belieave minshew is a great qb,but he has a loser as a head coach . thats a huge problom for any qb in nfl haveing a loser head coach.

You're not even a good troll.
Either that, or you've recently sustained head trauma.

Just a guy doesn't generally set rookie records. That doesn't mean he'll ultimately be a great QB but it is reason to get excited about the dude's potential. Foles is a capable QB but even you, his greatest fan, has to admit he didn't play well when he came back (although probably not as badly as all the hyperbole around Jag Nation seems to think).

What the hell has Foles done here to deserve all this love? He's JUST A GUY at this point in his career. LOL, seriously, he has one good run in the playoffs in his career so you want to crown him the Jaguars starting QB.... Naive and silly, and goes to show that you have no idea how the game of football works. Gardner Minshew proved to be a winner when it counts, in spite of the fact that our O line blows. Interesting analysis.
The absence of the “Magic” equation factored in nullifies the result. Any good statistical analyst could tell you that.
But, but, but I thought he was a gift from the QB Gods.... no? huh... that is interesting.

Glad to see you spent your precious time delving into the methodology of that "forecast."

Minshew led all rookie QBs in passer rating (91.2), TD/INT ratio (21/6), Win/Loss percentage (.500), passing yards per game (233.6), and passing yards per attempt (7.0). He also led the entire NFL in passer rating on passes of 20+ yards (129). In nearly every meaningful category, Gardner Minshew was the best rookie QB.

But in the only meaningful category in that "analysis" he was drafted in the 6th round and therefore disqualified for consideration as any good at all, performance on the field be damned.

Totally flawed PFF. Judging on round taken is total bunk. Minshew is the real deal and an eye test shows that he and the NY QB are the best in the class.

cite your sources on that claim.
