The #Jaguars plan to hire former #Redskins coach Jay Gruden as their next offensive coordinator, sources tell me and
@TomPelissero
. Deal isn’t done, but the Jaguars are close to adding a very talented OC with a great pedigree in the role.
Finally something for us to have a slight bit of hope for the next year or 2.
Whoa... no complaints here.
First time I’ve said this in a while but: well done front office.

Unless the Jags are waiting to hire a DC that was or is still in the playoffs, one can dream.
It will be hard because Khan doesn't act. We know the defense will be terrible so the OC probably has the best shot. If the offense improves a lot though, it could keep him from getting the job.
Dalton looked like a competent QB under Gruden, so that alone gets me a little excited...
a good replacement for moron when they fire his sorry self
Minshew in Gruden’s west coast style offense should be a blast!
He’s an ideal west coast offense QB
Good! Something going our way. It's a start.

And bye weeks. We always do pretty good on bye weeks.
Does he get the assistant coach designation? Asking for a friend.
