I just got mine!

Good on you buddy - my in-laws haven't received theirs yet. I'll have to check with them to see if it arrived
With our government fumbling something as easy as a stimulus during a minor pandemic, does it scare anyone what would happen if something serious ever happens.

Receiving a stimulus check 5 weeks into a pandemic is nothing to celebrate. It is something you should actually be pissed off about.

What I am pissed off about is the fact that people like me are actually (allegedly) getting a check.  A "free" government handout should go to people that really need it.  You know, the barber or hair stylist that can't run their business, the bartender, waiter/waitress and bus-people that work in restaurants, people who are "gig workers" such as entertainers, etc.

I have lost exactly 0 of my normal wages during this whole thing and don't need any "help" from the government.  I personally have already selected a few people that I know that I'm donating my "free" money from the government to.

Now if they really want to help those of us that have been and are still working during this crisis, I'm all for the payroll tax relief.  In my opinion the government already confiscates way too much of my earnings.  Despite what they already took from me out of my earnings, I still have to write a $3,000.00 check to the IRS.

I would be more pissed off seeing people that actually pay no income tax [BLEEP] about how long it takes for them to get their "stimulus" money.

But that's the point, you are supposed to spend that money immediately to keep open what we can of the economy. So go spend it on take out and other so called "essential" businesses that are still open.

You know that’s illegal voter fraud, right?
Curious what would happen if you suspended the salaries of all politicians and gave then a $1,200 check to live on for 2 months.

Nothing would change. Everyone knows politicians are supported by lobbyists, not by their salaries.
Some of you receiving a check I offer to you a "You're Welcome". They stole it from me and my family. Spend it well.

Dont worry. There is more coming! This time it will be wrapped with a pretty bow called vote by mail so the illegals and millennials won't even have to change out of their PJs.
We still haven't received a stimulus check.

By "Free money", you mean they enjoy getting back the money their government took from them.

Let's just be thankful that we're not getting as much government as we're paying for!

The bottom half (50%) of taxpayers (earning $42,000 or less) contribute ~ 3% of the taxes collected per year.  That doesn't even include the unemployed (welfare peeps) that got checks.  Taking $$ from the rich to supplement the needy --- sounds like socialism to me.

This isn't really money from you or me.  This is money created out of thin air.

Good point. I guess China can buy the debt and our children can pay for it.

You know your T-Dawg was the driving force behind all of that money being immaculately conceived, right?
