“…Trump has told people…”

Who? When? Under what context?

Good thing you’re not a fish Marty, or you would be flopping on the deck of a fishing boat.

And if his signature winds up on the checks, what will you say then?  I put the odds at greater than 50%.

I will say nothing because it is utterly and absolutely meaningless. Mickey Mouse can sign the damn things for all I care. Who actually cares is the facial tic TDS crowd.

Meanwhile, you have 100% promoted the same biased pseudo journalism that aided democrat lawmakers into a wasteful and divisive 3-year-long impeachment hunt. As long as you keep regurgitating this prejudiced dreck, which doesn't even begin to rise to the standard of actual journalism, we'll keep getting it. Quoting Barney Miller, 'have some perspective'.

You're being pretty defensive considering all Marty said was " you have to laugh ".

I’llchallenge you to a dual or a hard core game of paper rock scissors.  Just name it it.  It’s mine.  Bring it! Wink

Oh yeah?  I'd decorate your front yard with toilet paper if I could find some.

In no way was Marty's comment mentioned in my post, nor was there an attempt to address it. If you'll observe, my comments were aimed at the dearth of journalistic standards presented by his source.

The story originated with the Wall Street Journal.  Just FYI.

https://www.wsj.com/articles/house-lawma...lewebshare

"Mr. Trump has told people he wants his signature to appear on the direct payment checks that will go out to many Americans in the coming weeks, according to an administration official. The White House didn’t comment."

Obviously, you don't find it humorous, but I did.   Sorry I pissed you off.  I had no idea it would have that effect on anyone.

You have to laugh.

I don't really doubt that it's true.  His ego defies imagination.

Who else got one of his "PRESIDENT TRUMP'S CORONAVIRUS GUIDELINES FOR AMERICA'' postcards in the mail?

Doesn't matter. These businesses rely on the interest as a part of their bottom line. Anyway you slice it, someone is going to have to pay for it. I just don't see how the government will be able to step in and save anyone. Simply put, whoever can't weather the storm will need to fail and that trickle down effect will be catastrophic
Investing heavily in silver right now..... when everything crashes, silver will go up
Sounds like cruise lines aren't getting bailout due to their ships being registered in other countries. This is going to ge interesting.

What a shame.

Their stimulus has been avoiding paying taxes.

 I applaud this action!

Good. Hats off to whoever got that into the stimulus package.
