Odd that Mike would call someone who used facts and data in their decision to open up their state a coward. I'm curious what he would consider courageous. Cuomo?

I don't think any politician in the US is handling Covid exactly right.

DeSantis beat Putnam in the primary in part by showing his kid saying "build the wall" in an ad.  So he started out as a cowardly Trump parrot even though he has a record the pre-dates Trump.

As for Covid, in every public appearance the governor has made about that, he casts aspersions at the media (deserved, but inappropriate during an emergency) and expressed doubt about CDC scientists (as if he knows more than them?).  He walked a thin line, first doing nothing while saying he was concerned, then locking down the state while insisting that he didn't really believe in it, then back to doing nothing while saying he was concerned.

DeSantis was too scared or too ignorant to effectively lock down (letting everyone claim they were essential when they were not) and he was way late on masks.

Now, no one is getting this right.  With inadequate federal support, it is hard for any governor to get this right.  But an honest governor would say, "this is the best we can do until Washington figures out unemployment, welfare, and overall strategy".  A dishonest one tries to blame Democrats and the media for all this even though he and the President, the ones with the power to help, are both Republicans.
This had to be decided for a while. She went and had her face changed and lightened her skin, probably at Biden's doc, about 1 month ago.
Kamala Harris is the latest iteration of Hillary Clinton.  It's all about politics.  For her it's all about the power and "prestige".  She will parrot whatever she thinks people want to hear.

She's basically going to be the "attack dog" of the campaign and be the one in the news.  This is for two major reasons.

1.  If you oppose or criticize her then you will be labeled either "racist" or "sexist" by the democrat party backed up by the MSM.  It's pretty much the same playbook that they used for Obama, only this time they doubled-down by anointing a female.

2.  She can tie up the news cycle while the democrat party continues to hide Biden in his basement and keep him off of TV as much as possible.  The democrat party is trying to make this election about Harris rather than Biden.
Looks like the Market reacted to the Kamala Harris selection today !!! Smile

That's a HUGE mistake. She is the reason I will be voting Libertarian. She is definitely the black version of Hillary Clinton and that is a very bad thing.

I know ... that was a stretch.  Everyone knows the rally was tied to the Sri Lanka elections in which the Rajapaksa brothers won in a landslide.

Well, since Biden thinks so, I guess you do as well?

Biden thinks what?

I guess I should be surprised to see you go for the gutter on this one, but I'm not. In one sentence you declared your bigotry and misogyny. You think urban blacks hate Harris because urban blacks are criminals who are frequently jailed, or are against law enforcement in general. You think a woman cannot be successful on her own merits, her way to the top had to be on her knees or back.

You do this without offering any proof, it's all based on your opinion of African Americans living in urban areas and women in general. Am I getting this right?

Your bar is set low. Should we review the sexual history of the POTUS? Let's start with...

I think black people are smart and capable and see through this obvious racist trying his best to show he's not. It's the equivalent of a closet racist saying, "Lots of my friends are black!"
