Mariota never looked as consistent as Minshew does so far.

They accounted for the same number of TDs their rookie year and Minshew played 2 more games than Mariota. Mariota had higher YPA and was more accurate as well. Spin it however you want.
But please, by all means make sure you don't get Trevor.

Mariota always looked liked trash.

Compare careers to where Minshew is and Mariota was a more productive player. You guys should want to suck this year.

Mary Otter had 19 TDs and 10 Ints in 12 games as a rookie. GM15 is more efficient and effective.

Mariota won 3 of 12 games. Minshew won 6 of 12.
Mariota also never really looked all that great. He could never consistently throw outside the numbers, he relied heavily on passes over the middle. He was a more accurate Tebow.

Minshew is a broke man's Russell Wilson. Haha
I for one am super excited about him. No respect for our jags like always. No respect for our qb. No respect. We are the underdogs like always and the way it should be

Really interesting article and video about Gardner and his hometown by SI. Some cool stories about his leadership and work ethic, even as a young man.

Great read. Love this kid's story and I'm so hyped for him. Hope he keeps getting better for us.

No we don't remember when she did that.

Well he had 339yds and 3TD's today so those complaining he didnt have enough yards last week will be happy
But we lost so...
Still riding with Minshew, great effort second half and he will blame himself more than anyone for the lazy pass for the 2nd pick. Such a difference in the team having faith your QB can bring you back.
That first drive of the 2nd Q was fantastic by Gruden and Minshew.

By the looks of it, the kid played really well. If we had any defense what so ever, this would've been a win. He's convincing me more and more each week that he needs to be the QB of this team going forward.

First INT was a tip by the WR who wasn't the target. Second INT was a low throw/great defensive play, but Clowney was also literally lined up offsides on that play.
He was money on 3rd downs

It wasn't lazy, he pumped the right DT out of the lane then came back and the left DT made a play and got a hand on it. The WR behind him would still be running if it didn't get swatted.

I love that we have the guy we need, but damnit I feel like this keeps Caldwell his job which has been beyond a failure.

It looked like they wanted to spike to stop the clock, but didnt want to waste a play so called something and if it wasnt there then take the incomplete and stop the clock.
Looked like Minshew tried to half throw it where it could be caught but would likely go incomplete otherwise. But a DT made a good play and it's just random where it goes from there.
Not blaming it all on Minshew but he would take that play back.

1. I would say 6 wins is the minimum this team needs to show that you do not blow the whole thing up. Caldwell and Morrone will be gone if they don't win at least 6.
2. We are two weeks in... still a lot to evaluate. The first two weeks look better than I anticipated, but still a long way to go.
