Probably a bit of both. Why Caldwell would pick a 3-4 OLB to play 4-3 DE is unbelievable. But typical of him.
This is it. I wonder how much experience he is getting right now or are we more likely breaking him using him like that. I don't see any progression or using fine tuning a system with anyone so far.

I don't understand how Shad, or Caldwell, can watch Minshew's regression and think "This is the coaching staff we need to groom and teach this young team."

Our offense has one problem and one problem only; we can't block worth a lick; both in the running AND passing game. This isn't Minshew's fault, Brady or Montana wouldn't complete a pass behind this line, he has 5 defenders in his face by the time he drops back. We will not be anything above a bottom feeder team until we fix the Oline. It is bar-none the biggest problem on this team.
If we concede over 30 again, thats an NFL record isnt it?
