No doubt the owner Shad Kahn is impressed with the coaching staff's and the general manager's ability to keep garnering first round draft picks with their poor play on the field and then trading away those first round picks.

As bad as Minshew looks at times, the pressure he's under is ridiculous. Our OL has really been unacceptable since Caldwell took over. Started with the Joke and continues through the present.

They really struggle in pass protection. They only seem to know how to block whats right in front of them. Once a D player makes a move or beats them they just stand there. Never seem to be aware or improvise.
So glad Caldwell didn't waste a pick on Wills, Wirfs or Becton, Henderson is making this Defense elite. And Chaisson, my god, better than Bosa brothers together.
