Of course it is only the coaches, front office, philosophy and franchise. This team has some solid prospects but no organization to actually do anything.

if we had a real head coach and not a pop warner head coach we could have a few more wins or close to 500 or there abouts with the talent that is playing we have suffered a lot of injuries but this team with proper coaching could have won
