Hypothetically you’re the new Jacksonville Jaguars head coach and you’re in charge of putting a staff together. Let’s hear who you’d hire REALISTICALLY to have an elite staff.
Wade Phillips just tweeted that he is ready to retire from retirement according to 1010XL.
Doug Pederson and Raheem Morris

One guy who never gets pencil whipped, that's for sure. I'd take him for two seasons minimum and hopefully he grooms a replacement in that time.

From BCC:

"At both Texas and the University of Houston, Lovo served as former Texas Head Coach Tom Herman’s right hand man, according to Bruce Feldman. At Houston, Lovo worked directly with their strength, sports medicine, football video, equipment and administrative staffs, according to Texas Sports. In addition to this, Lovo served as the liason between athletics communication and administration, marketing, development, academics, and gameday operations office. Lovo also worked under Meyer at the University of Florida(football operations assistant) and Ohio State University as the Football Operations Coordinator."

I think Scott Linehan as OC and Raheem Morris as DC have both been talked about as possibilities.  I think both would be good.  They both have lots of NFL experience, and have been highly regarded enough to be hired as head coaches.
Wade Phillips!
So just curious why would a recently fired NFL HC or a somewhat respected NFL OC/DC from a different team take a position under a new HC with no NFL experience? It just feels like a major ego/power struggle waiting to happen.

I would figure most of the staff will be up and comers or people who are a few leaps away from being the big splash OC/DC hires.
Raheem Morris would be dope. Linehan and Baalke would be awful.

I'd be happy with Morris or Phillips.

I won't boo if he picks Linehan.  But I won't cheer out loud, either.  I crave a spicier offense than that.  Give me some Andy Reid style.

They want to get back to HC. The Jags will improve greatly, so they can claim they did it. Since Meyer has no experience they can claim they really made him successful.
Do yall think Meyer keeps any of the positional coaches? I hope we keep Keenan and Robiskie
