I "turned" on him the minute they called his name on draft day. Then the cameras showed us how much he didn't want to be here. Then he buffalo'd his way through his rookie campaign with all his "injuries". Just another gata bust.

Without proof..

A few board members were sour on him, some think he's solid but they wanted an OT or another position instead. But the way everyone turned on him in this thread based on a RUMOR that is not yet substantiated is absurd; like you'd think CJ was Guy Whimper, Chris Prosinski or RJ Soward.

Henderson was great for the first month (especially his debut against Hilton) but that one awkward hit in the Bengals game tore his labrum and it hampered him the rest of the season. The fact that some ppl put "Injuries" in air quotes as if he mailed it in or was faking it like Ramsey's back injury is laughable; I know Gator players are polarizing but people are just sooooo biased/jaded and quick to react.

Lets cool it with the sky is falling nonsense until we see him play with the new coaching staff. If he ends up panning out, the gaslighting, mental gymnastics, and revisionist history are going to be unreal.

Soooooooo, you were alright w/him as a Gator and turned on him when he became a Jaguar? 

Exactly what is your motive of stating that he doesn't want to be here as a Jaguar? 

Also please list "all of his injuries" other than his labrum of which required off season surgery.

I am indifferent about Henderson. He had a great debut but fluttered after that. He was a rookie so can't really judge him too harsh. Lets see what this year brings.

I'm not high on him but I think most people wouldn't be motivated to play for last year's team. That locker room had to be terrible and there wasn't any fighting that we knew of. The players just didn't care. They were collecting checks and if you were hurt, I doubt you would be interested in playing through it.

No, as a gata I had only bad opinions of him to start with and they only got worse on Draft Day. 

He had a concussion, a leg injury, and the groin tear that put him on IR. He played all of 8 games last year.

I am not “reporting.” I’m like you—I’m questioning where it’s all coming from. I’m just curious of how so many people around Jax have the same rumor going.

It's probably one of those things that's traceable back to a single misinterpreted comment or something some blogger threw out at some point that just gets repeated over and over with no basis. Remember when Telvin Smith was coming back?

I'm hoping like hell Henderson, Griffin and Campbell have an epic battle to put the best 2 outside.

Urbs already laid the groundwork for Campbell playing nickel, so ... it'll work out.

Until I know something definitive on CJH , I'm just stoked we have the best grouping of talent in the DB room since Ramsey, Bouye and prime-shape-Hayden were here together.
