I think TN loses in NY and they will have full forces back for the division game next week.

Julio and AJ are both out. You might be onto something here...
Looks like I was right.

Lol, Atl is a pass first team as well and Matt Ryan>> Stafford

Sounds like excuses to me

This thread is filled to the gills with posts that didn't age well - mostly about Tannehill - but this one about Stafford is pretty funny given the game I'm watching right now. LOL
Julio didnt have a huge impact in 2021

I'm sure none of us saw that coming.

I admit i didnt. He might be washed, but I would not count him out yet.

Yeah, many figured his contribution would be moderate.

Funniest part of the thread is the 4 or 5 tack fans comping Tannehill stats to Mahomes' for several pages.

Tannehill yet again put up fairly impressive reg. season numbers, and then as soon as it mattered - 220 yds and 3 INTs.
OOF.

Tough spot to be in for Tack fans. The guy is solid enough to want to keep, but let's you down enough to want someone better.

That Rams team is loaded.  Put Stafford on the Falcons and they would be picking top 10.  Put Ryan on the Rams and they are SB champs.  Matt Ryan clock is ticking.  If in Tampa and Brady retires I'm trying to get Matt Ryan
Actually, depends on how Trask has looked. I think Pitt would be a good spot for Ryan as well

I usually don't think your takes are that far-fetched, but this is just a really bad take.

Salary cap hit is too large.

You think the Falcons would of been good with Stafford and the Rams wouldn't of made it to the SB with Ryan?

No chance the Rams make it to the SB with Ryan. He’s a shell of his former self.

Stafford has been so clutch in these playoffs. Come on now. Including that throw to Kupp at the end to beat the Bucs. Ryan can’t make that throw.
I would watch for a potential Stafford choke in the superbowl, but the rams are loaded and it might not matter. I give him credit so far though for taking a huge step and winning in the playoffs for the first time. This rams team is really loaded. The bangles have their work cut out. I hope we get an entertaining game and not a blow out. I think either team can win but ofcourse the rams are favored.
Do you all think Julio Jones bounces back this season? He looked out of sorts last year between the injuries and ten games he appeared in. He's also not getting any younger. He'll be 33 entering training camp this year.

Personally, no. He's been riddled by injuries the last 2 seasons and he's on the wrong side of 30 by a significant margin. The Larry Fitzgerald's of the world who can play well into their mid 30's are few and far between. Most WR's seem to hit a wall after the age of 30. A.J. Green is in a similar position to Jones. They were elite NFL receivers in their prime, but time has taken a toll. That is why I believe the Titans will look heavily into WR and TE in this draft. After A.J. Brown, they really have no other reliable receivers and it hurt them down the stretch.

not one bit.
I could see him repeating 2021 numbers, roughly 500 yds rcvg, but I think the mileage will catch up to him.
