Who still thinks Cyprien isn't 3rd string?

Yea I seen the attempted shoulder/body tackle from Cyp, at like the 3 yard line. He was coming in for clean up duty on a play that was absolutely not his fault at all... He threw a shoulder into the WR, instead of wrapping up (yea not wrapping up was awful on his part), but at the same time Gratz was hitting said WR from the other side which kept him up right and able to end up in the end zone. That play was because of garbage LB play and it wasn't Cyp's fault at all.

 

I also remember seeing Cyp closing up into his gap, while Yannick didn't hold his edge on that run. Yannick moved up the field into the same spot that Cyp was coming down hill to fill his gap. Gordon then broke outside where Yannick would have been if he stayed on his spot.

Lol why are you taking this so personally? Did he play good because he didn't make a tackle, that went for a TD? Is throwing your body into someone without wrapping up not the typical song and dance for him?


Dwayne Gratz also looked like an idiot on the same play. Does that make you feel better? No one is saying he's the only problem, but to say that he isn't a problem is dumb.

I'm not taking anything personally. I just find it annoying that you guys watch the end of 1, or 2 plays and jump to conclusions.

 

If that's how we're going to go about it, then this entire roster is garbage and they should all be cut tomorrow. I mean, since we're only going on the ending out come... This team got rolled today and none of the guys on this team have any business ever stepping on a football field, ever again right?

Are you supposed to only go on the first few seconds of a play? The "ending out come" is the most important part of a play. Comparing the outcome of an entire game to one play is... Again... Dumb.

Let's be real here. Cyprien is a bona-fide scrub. A box safety that takes bad angles to the ball carrier and can't tackle for crap. Not to mention he is a complete zero in coverage. Someone please tell me, what benefit does he provide out there?
