Then go add another 4 or 5 masks to your face and I'm sure you're all about the anal swabbing as well..
And [BLEEP] you for trying to shame people into wearing them.
Back to your hole, Hobbit.

The protection of "others" is not my responsibility. If the "others" are so concerned then they should stay in their homes with their masks on. We don't live in a communist/socialist country (for now). We live in a free country (for now) that allows personal choice.
If the Jaguars "mandate" masks and/or vaccine proof in order to attend a game, then I guess I won't be attending any games.

The outcome of that choice lies with the individuals. Whether or not it affects them or others is a whole different conversation.
There is no guarantee a cloth mask will prevent anything. There is no guarantee social distancing will prevent anything. There are no guarantees vaccines will prevent anything. All of these measures have failed with regard to the Delta variant as evident by the surge in new cases. All of these measures being forced onto us are not failsafe.
There's no guarantee that your shoes won't break in the middle of the day but you put them on every day anyhow.

Hydrogen sulfide molecules are much smaller than a virus. And the mucous particles that virii tend to piggyback on are much bigger than the virus.. Think about it for a minute. Look it up on Wikipedia if you need to. But I didn't have to.

Hahaha, that is so funny, dude. Thanks for the laugh. I'd +1 you if it was intentional.

I have two elementary school age kids and they wore masks all last school year with no problems. I thought there would be a problem, but there wasn't one.

Our governor is not allowing the districts to have any say.

The Governor's Executive Order protects the right for parents to make health care decisions for their children. I am in full agreement with this. Government should not be mandating how people choose to live their lives.
Read the executive order for yourself. It's only 4 pages long and double-spaced, so I think that even you are capable of reading it.
He also spoke about it in a recent press conference.
The order literally threatens to withhold funding from school districts that attempt to mandate masks.
He is not allowing the districts to have any say.

Districts shouldn't have the right to take away your rights.

Districts have the right to set the dress code.

They probably shouldn't have the right to do that either. Worst case scenario, it should be left up to the individual schools.

I still think the governor's order is a major unforced error. When "red" districts like Duval are all but defying it, it's a bad sign. The polling on it is really bad. This is the first time DeSantis' popularity/approval is less than 50%. Really it's one of the first decisions he made that I disagree with.

I just said that. Try to keep up. And yes, I actually am that altruistic that I would do something only to benefit others. I guess you're not?
So you're okay with giving your kid a bacterial infection?
If your kid has the virus or is sick at all I'd hope you're smart enough to keep him/her home from school.
And don't get [BLEEP] with me. Being smug and condescending isn't as cool as you think it is.
