I dont post alot... I do visit and read this site daily. Youth isn't the problem.... even the scheme isnt the problem... the main thing wrong with this team is the Head coach. A team of vets can win with a cheerleader at head coach but a team of young rich players need discipline from a strategist that utilizes their strengths.. A team with this much youth and talent needs a tougher coach. Mediocrity shouldn't be tolerated.
