I would hire Rivers as QB/Coach/OC right now

Drag route, and there was no pressure on Rivers. One of the hardest routes to cover for speedy receivers.

Our D-line is either getting held with no calls or just extremely ineffective. We need a 3-4 coaching staff to come in. Our rushers can't use their speed like ever.
