I can understand making it illegal to block a guy who can't see you in a way that causes a concussion, but that wasn't a particularly hard block, and it was against a guy that saw it coming.
I can only assume the rule is written in such a way that is a penalty anyway, but it doesn't seem like it should be.

The one to Jones would have been a really hard ask for any WR in the NFL. That's not a good throw by any means.
Those throws are harder because our receivers can't create adequate separation on their routes, like Jones on that play once again (or Shenault literally the play right after).
