how did we go from middle of the season "omg our corners are literally the worst in franchise history" to "wow our CBs ain't too bad"?

Tbh Campbell was playing quite good in the middle of the season

Campbell has played great all season

Yes. Campbell has been playing well dating back to last season.

Darius Williams and Tyson Campbell are playing in accordance to this chart and it feels good to have them on our team. It also feels good to not have C.J. Henderson on our team (no pun intended).

Generally, the rule is that your born with ball skills. I'm SO impressed with his growth this year in his timing and awareness to go find the ball at the top of the route to go make a play. He has everything he needs to keep playing @ an elite level.

There was a lot riding on him being good as well. After that CJ Henderson pick (ugh). But yeah he is no doubt a legit #1 corner back. Couldn’t be happier for the Jags and for Tyson.

When he learned to get his head around, good things happened.

I hadn't seen a highly drafted CB with deficiencies locating/playing the ball like he had.

But he has developed quite nicely and has grown adept at playing the ball.

I wou;d not call him a "shut down" CB, but is certainly an asset, and perhaps behind Bouye and maybe.....maybe Beasley (see the 1999 season), is the best RCB in team history.  The best part is he still has plenty of room to get better and apparently the coaching to get him there.
