Hi, Jaguars fans!    Smile   An interesting NFC West divisional battle as the Rams visit the California Bay Area  from, and as, the Los Angeles Rams for the first time in 21 years, to play the San Francisco 49ers.

Rams top draft choice and #1 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft Jared Goff is both inactive for tonight's game, and is listed as the third string QB, behind tonight's starting QB, Case Keenum, and Sean Mannion.  49ers also start their regular season with new Head Coach Chip Kelly.

Chris Berman and former 49ers QB Steve Young are announcing the live TV commentary for ESPN, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Lindsay Czarniak. Kickoff will start from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA, at approximately 7:20PM Eastern Standard Time, following the Steelers @ Redskins game.     Smile     B)  ^_^

Gurley is a beast but Gabbert continues his dream stretch of play.
I hope Gurley goes off! I'm currently behind in my fantasy football league by 29 points, but I have Gurley, Kirk Cousins and the Rams defense all going tonight. It'll be close.

Just have a feeling the 49ers win this one. Rams need to cut ties with Fisher ASAP

Quarterback is the biggest difference. Blaine Gabbert can win.
To me, the saddest thing about this game is that Gabbert, and his new team, gets to play in a Monday Night Football game before Bortles and our beloved Jaguars.

That's just sad sad sad.

FYI the Jaguars have played on MNF a number of times and Blake Bortles is in his third season.

Are you sure????? I'm going to need some proof of that.

So when was the last time the Jags played on MNF? I mean, what was the exact date, who was the opponent and what was the final score?
CKs hair is awful

The last one I remember was the second Monday in September, at home against the Steelers, which we won 9-0. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact date.

LOL I hate it too. He needs a haircut.

You mean this game on the third Monday in Sept. 2006?

Was this really our last game on MNF?

I don't know what our last MNF game was. That is just the one I always think of when people talk about the Jaguars playing on a Monday night.

When we beat the ravens 9-6

I knew it! Some forum posters do root for a former Jaguars player even if they deny it.
Gabbert looks good. Pocket awareness is vastly improved from his time here. But his Oline also looks better than he ever had here.

I've never denied it. I root for him. I'd like to see him succeed.
