There's plenty of options at ILB in this draft. Christian Harris, Brad Smith, Chad Muma, Brian Asamoah, Troy Andersen and Quay Walker.

Brandon Linder, K'Lavon Chaisson and Laviska Shenault seem more than likely players they try to move on from via trade/cut.
Would give them about $15M back. Could probably use that to sign another veteran on defense in the secondary to a one year deal like Marcus May, Patrick Peterson, Stephon Gilmore or Bobby Wagner to add more strength to the front seven.
If not? Again. Picks 1, 33, 65 and 70 need to be players starting during training camp or heavily featured in the starting day rotation.
Even with Jack cut we're significantly over the cap still. I think they are hoping to cut Linder and sign Darious Williams with a backloaded deal.

I've seen lots of people saying we need to spend a lot of money to get Wagner or a lot of draft capital to get Muma or whoever else since Jack was cut. Clearly people do not get it already.
True, maybe if you repeat it a couple of hundred more times they'll understand.

I will continue to do my best.

Apparently.
So only Cam and Smoot left from the 2017 team.

It's possible, but I'd rather them just let him play out his final year. No reason to make the OL weaker for just a little bit of $$.

That's right, him and Linder have both been here since 2014. They came in together.
This move is probably best for both parties.
IF the Jags are going to continue to run the 3-4, it's for the best he was cut. He was just awful last year.
We couldn't get any kind of pick for him, Thats what the league thinks of him.
I just have to,i can't resists. Now myles jack is down. Down on no job.

He has already found a new home.
I think we all have fond memories of Myles but hes really struggled since replacing Poz at MLB. Hes just too small and lacks the strength to stop the run there. He was a beast at OLB in 2017 and he got matchups with TE's and slot WR's that suited his best weapon which was his speed.
He wasnt giving us back in performance what we were paying and i think there are better options out there (please Wagner). Wish him all the best and Myles Jack wasn't down.

Where is he going? I can’t find it anywhere.

Dallas, which runs a 4-3
As to Wagner, he played all those years as a 4-3 MLB. I don't care what version of 3-4 he played in college, that was eons ago and nowhere near as complex as today's NFL schemes. IF they sign him I hope he proves me wrong but not a fan of it at this point. Rather see them get a proven nickel in FA and go with combo of Moses/Russel/Quarterman as the other ILB

Dallas huh? that's interesting.
GL to him... he struggled here at times. i got no ill will towards him though as i don't think he struggled as much as it's led to be. Just happy he stayed healthy and lived up to his draft selection for us.
