Pennsylvania man arrested, charged after slapping Biden 'I Did That' stickers on gas pumps

The stickers blaming Biden for skyrocketing gas prices have popped up at gas pumps nationwide

A man was criminally charged last week following his arrest in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after affixing satirical stickers of President Biden onto the gas pumps at a local Turkey Hill gas station.

his arrest was not for the stickers. he got arrested for resisting.
What should his punishment for vandalism be? especially when he puts glue on it to make it more difficult? just curious. also, what should be his penalty when hes resisting?

Also, do you know what Noam Chomsky thinks of your corrupt party, corrupt presidential hopeful, and corrupt news organization?

You don't get arrested for vandalism unless your art makes fun of Democrats. Vandalism of the sort in the article is generally a misdemeanor with a notice to appear, so the whole "resisting arrest" thing is just to inflame the charges. There shouldn't have been an attempt at arrest to resist.

you dont get arrested for vandalism at all   but you do get a ticket.  you cant just vandalize other buisness'.  but when a cop comes to ticket you, and you just accept the ticket, you wont get arrested.
i've seen enough episodes of cops to know that this escalated after the guy started yelling and not letting the cop do his job.

you cant vandalize a business and be angry when you get caught doing it.

You can be angry when your penalty for vandalism is greater because of the target of your expression.
