his arrest was not for the stickers. he got arrested for resisting.
What should his punishment for vandalism be? especially when he puts glue on it to make it more difficult? just curious. also, what should be his penalty when hes resisting? Also, do you know what Noam Chomsky thinks of your corrupt party, corrupt presidential hopeful, and corrupt news organization?

Vandalism of the sort in the article is generally a misdemeanor with a notice to appear, so the whole "resisting arrest" thing is just to inflame the charges.
