Devin Lloyd might be my favorite draft pick of all time I swear dude just screams superstar potential. Great character, very sad but inspiring back story with all the tools possible to be a beast.

This isn’t loading for me unfortunately, any chance I could take the title of it so I can search it myself?

Dedication at it's finest. He'll place his stamp on the NFL.

Time Will Tell.

NH3...
This guy just reminds me of Draft Day ‘Vontae Mack no matter what’
the last time we drafted a defensive player I felt this certain about, he helped us reach the AFC championship game in his 2nd year
We drafted 3 linebackers to add to a defense that had a weak spot there. They all are fast wicked 4.6/4.5, 240-270lbs, and can play edge, drop into coverage and get after the QB. They all are smart guys. The Georgia defense is one of the most complex in all football. (not just college) Caldwell's defense works well with players like that. Many say LB is not a value position. Well, sure until that is the weak spot. It is like saying the right tackle spot doesn't have value until you don't have a good one and your QB gets rocked. Let's hope all 3 make the transition to the pro's they could form quite the group in coming years freeing up future picks for other position groups.

The guy also seems like a leader and a good example for others to follow.  This might be a home run pick!
Seems like he is a keeper. And you have to love his kind of attitude there!
Dude is explosive as all get out
This guy is exactly what we needed. Dedicated hard worker that leads by example. He will become a star in the league.
You run schemes with the 3-4 base, you have to have backers and more backers. You have to draft them frequently. Steelers always seem to have a factory of them. Hope we can break and shake off the bad years.
There was a poll done online on who jags fans favourite draft pic was

LLOYD won with overwhelming majority

I posted an interview in the minicamp thread.

Very impressive interview on many levels.

I give the Jaguars brass some credit with this draft.  They seemed to have placed an emphasis on high character players.

Agreed, I also have really turned my opinion on Travon Walker around big time. Much like last season with Trevor, it seemed like a gurantee we were going to take either Hutchinson or one of the tackles, so I really didn't look much into Travon until a few days before the draft.. all I knew really was his "subpar stats" but after looking into it further, his stats don't paint the picture of what he is and honestly I'm more impressed with Walker than I was with Hutchinson. I think we made a good call passing on Hutch for Walker but we will have to wait and see.

This will be good ^

Excited to read that when it's published, and excited about Lloyd and the other new LBs.

Can't wait to see this defense after they've acclimated/gelled. Very few weak spots on paper.

While I was definitely in favor of us drafting Hutchinson, I have come around on the walker pick more ( what do you want, I’m a homer LOL). I do think this pick will define the Balke era one way or the other.
