One side could say it's a good thing that they're trying to get the best out of their players by trying different things. Other side could say it's concerning that after 6 games you're realizing the original plan may not be working as expected.
Would love to know D6's thoughts on it. Haven't seen him post in awhile. Hope all is well with him and Bullseye.
Thanks, Eric.
I hope all is well with Bullseye.
Thankfully, everything is well on this end. I did have Left Rotator Cuff surgery on June 1. It's around a 6th month rehab. I have been going to PT twice a week. The PT sessions are helping me greatly in the recovery.
Aidan Hutchinson had most of his pass rush success with Michigan as a standup rusher. With Hutch struggling to make an impact as a pass rusher in the last 2 games and for the most part in the game at Minnesota, it's worth giving him more opportunities as a standup rusher. Hutch has been seeing plenty of double teams but even in one on one matchups, he's not been winning much of late as a pass rusher. One thing that I think will help Hutch beginning today is that John Cominsky is expected to play after missing the previous 3 games with a thumb injury and Josh Paschal is expected to make his NFL debut after beginning the season on the PUP list. Not having Charles Harris a second straight game is concerning though. When the Lions had both Harris and Cominsky (first two games), Hutch and the Lions overall pass rush was much better than it's been since.
good to see you back around, hope the recovery continues to go well.
I think we're in similar boats when it comes to darft position and expectations. The last few weeks have been rough for the Lions, didn't realize injuries were so prevalent for them .

One of the best LBs in the game
Got a 2nd and 5th for a off the ball LB.
This was 'shots fired across the bow' to Bills and Chiefs. IIRC he's due a new deal, but dang if he isn't worth every penny of it.
Dear goodness Chicago is not helping Fields this season, and he'll be forced to carry a VERY young team next season. I doubt he's up to the task.
RB Nyheim Hines was traded to the Bills as well
Allen could get something close to Chubs contract

That would be terrible unless it was structured correctly. Maybe 2 years guaranteed <$40, then if he meets sack #s the rest becomes guaranteed.

And so it begins! It'll be interesting to see if Ramsey starts the injury faking now, or waits until next season. One thing is highly probable....the Rams aren't going to buy out his contract. Ed Snead would have to go into the stands each game and sell beer and pretzels to cover that kind of a loss. He'll be there till 2024 unless he retires.
Love the irony that he's belly aching about the offense when his gargantuan salary is helping to keep them from retaining / acquiring talent on said offense.

He's a clown. He's doing this to get traded in the offseason because he knows the Rams window is over being they don't have any top picks. He wants to go to another stacked team

In related news, LA Chiropractors are reaching out to Ramsey's agent to see if he needs their services.
