As per reading this article, TL16 has already admitted to his throwing motion flaws of 2021 was reflective of his surgery and rehab. Even though it was his non throwing arm, it evidently affected his throwing motion. TL16 spoke about working all off season to correct this and it seems to have paid dividends. Let's pray that it translate to the playing field.

Better coaching would have absolutely helped him correct his flaws, lack of said coaching however is no excuse or cover up for said flaws.

A seen a bunch of reports that the Offense was struggling all training camp. Read that the Raiders kicked the [BLEEP] out of them during the joint practices as well.

Mac Jones was the best rookie QB by default. They didn’t let him throw the football. They’ll be drafting a new one in New England next year most likely.

Mac Jones was an average talent rookie with great coaching and a good roster. TLaw was a highly talented rookie with horrific coaching and a bad roster. This year will be interesting.
