A few practices in the 60s and 70s, huh? McCarthy says it's a mere 6 degrees warmer in Jax than Green Bay. Either he is trying to get his guys to not think about it much, or he just doesn't know. The humidity is going to be our single biggest advantage. If we are going to win this game, we have to run the ball until they're bringing in the meat wagon to haul off those dirty packers d lineman. Wear them out and don't get beat for big plays, and we have a shot.

It was a response to a statement about offensive and defensive linemen having the worst problems with heat and humidity. There person said nothing about running backs.

We've won like 1 game at home and lost like 4 or 5 since Gus.  The weather must not be too much of a problem.

The Panthers game was not that close. There were a few things that would have had to go differently.

Yeah I dont remember that game being all that close, the Panthers were doing more to hurt their cause than we were.

I was at that game and it was hot. The heat factor is largely a myth.

I think the huge w-l advantage in years past had more to do with the players than the weather.

I remember a game when the Jaguars were playing the Steelers in Jacksonville and it was about 96 degrees and near 90% humidity and the Steelers players were dropping like flies. It's a huge advantage if we can play up-tempo and get their line dehydrated and cramping early.

Soundd like Denver's game plan, save the humidity for thin air. And they're wearing Green while we will rock right in white.
