I’m telling you, the more you remove yourself from CARING about the team does, the happier you’ll be.
All I can do is LAUGH now each time a coach, coordinator, or player comes in and talks about “changing the culture” or “it’s a new culture”. This team has sucked for 3 decades and the common denominator is the TEAM. Some teams are cursed to mediocrity for there entire existence. We can only hope to reach mediocrity.
