So the Jags SHOULD be a playoff contender hahaha

Just an unreal season man.
The turn around starts Sunday .

It's legit a few plays each week that dooms this team.

If Doug challenges the 1st down by Kirk or kicks the field goal instead of going for it or Oluokon doesn't get roughing the passer or ETN doesn't fumble..... Lots of what ifs. Gotta finish.

They'll be lucky to finish 6 - 11 this year. Which is fine. It's not "bad lucK" though when your team is shooting itself in the foot inside the red zone or getting personal fouls called on them for hitting the QB when they shouldn't be.

We can play coulda, woulda, shoulda all day. It still doesn't change the fact that they fail to [BLEEP] execute when scoring opportunities present themselves offensively or getting off the football field presents themselves defensively.

It's been a frustrating year. I don't need analytics to tell me that. It's clear what's costing them football games. It's themselves.
On the game discussion side, this is a game Doug needs to not be stubborn and pound the ball. Broncos have a seriously good pass defense. They have more interceptions than passing TDs alone.

Nope. You're going to see 40 or more pass attempts and once Etienne gets hot they'll limit him to 15 or less.

Lawrence: "Doug, what's the gameplan this weekend, man?"
Pederson: 'Same thing it is every gameday baby! Pew-pew-pew-pew"

Not gonna happen, the last 4 games are games we should of pounded the ball.  If we played a team with the number 1 pass D and worst D against the run Doug would have Trev throwing it all over the field

I mean let's be honest the scheme that Peterson puts out each week isn't really the problem and I don't have a problem with the scheme... It's the little mistakes and the penalties and yes not challenging first downs that costs us to lose games.... Couple bad penalties lost us a game or few... Defense has lost us a couple games... And yes this might be part of the scheme but need to take the points... that's the only problem I have at times with his approach.... But that approach has us in every game down to the last seconds

I disagree with throwing it twice as many times as running it when our strength is running the football. ETN is 2nd in average yards per carry.  Houston was 28th in run D and he quit running the ball, threw it on 2nd and 2 on the 7 yard line when we should of ran the ball.  The Eagles game he wanted to keep dropping back to throw in a pouring rain and 20 mph wind, i can go on and on.  You like the idea of not running the ball that much but i dissagree, Trev isnt ready yet to make this a pass heavy team and it takes away from our strength.  We would have more wins if he relied on the run game more and not go away from it in the 3rd quarter.

After the game, Hackett said Wilson was on track to play this Sunday. If so, I wouldn't be surprised to see him run for 100 on us even with a bum hammy. You know they just watched us get eaten alive on Zone reads and they're probably licking their chops.
If we could somehow miraculously pull off a win in London and the Tinhorns can beat the Tacks we will only be 1 game out of the division lead. I don't think it's far fetched for the Houston to win at home, the have a lot of talent
Worst possible time for a game lol

Seriously? I just want to watch my favorite team. I don't need to jump through hoops to watch it. Smh.

Welp.

No idea what to expect here.
Sounding like a broken record at this point, but I hope Doug calls lots of run plays.

Additionally, I hope Trevor really digs into the tape on this secondary. Gonna be the best he's seen this season.
He needs to make fewer mistakes this week or they will turn into points going the other way.
Denver has a great pass D but they can be run on. We should take the air out of the ball this week and run it a lot with a lot of RPOs
Not a chance we win this game.

The jags are chicken soup for the soul for teams looking to get right. Russell Wilson will look like Joe Montana, and our season will be officially over. Oh well, there’s always next year (Where we suck again)
Honestly getting nightmares of Wilson having his “get right” game.

It's so weird seeing Wilson struggle with the weapons he has.

That's exactly whats going to happen.

Wilson is going to get his tune-up game and get back into gear against us.

I don't see a win for us happening unfortunately, especially with their amazing pass rush.
