yes please.  Jags long way from being playoff contenders. Can't win division games,and lost to winless texans in Jacksonville. Still texans only win is  againest jags. Jags are 1-2 in  dvision.

If we beat DET and the Titans lose to Philly, all we need to do is match the titans and beat them. Obviously that's not an easy task but it's doable. Or if the Titans would just lose a few extra games and make it easier..

Honestly, this Sunday is probably the most exciting December any Jaguar has had since 2017...  This is a huge weekend.

We really do have a chance to make the playoffs.  But we need to beat the Lions.  And the Lions aren't a joke.  They are a tough team to beat.

I mean, technically, we're playoff contenders right now...  But I get it.  It's easy to be super pessimistic so you don't get hurt again.

If we win against DET and then beat Ten the following week accompanied by the Tacks losing to the Eagles, I would feel very optimistic about winning the division.

Titans schedule is pretty rough for the rest of the season, They have Eagles - Jax - Chargers - Texans - Cowboys - Jax

We have Det - Titans - Cowboys - Jets - Texans - Titans


I think we have a fair shot tbh.

I think the Jags defense doesn't have enough smoke and mirrors to disguise their issues right now.

If they somehow find a way to hold a few opponents to 24 or less, then there's a chance the Jags make a little run.

I think the most likely scenario is the Jags win 2 more, maybe 3 and finish 2 games back of the tacks.

Controlling your own destiny means that if you win certain games/or a certain # of games regardless of what other teams do you're in the playoffs. You wouldn't need another team to lose if you control your own destiny.

Mathematically we're still in it, but realistically they'd have to pretty much run the table down the stretch.

It does look like the 6 or 7 wins that many of us thought we'd get to at the start of the season is a real possibility though. And seeing them string together a couple of those wins down the final stretch of the season should bode well going into next year and continue to build confidence in this young team.

With that said, it's still one game at a time and crazy things can happen.

Pretty much.  Losing to the Texans, Commanders, Giants, Broncos, Colts, Eagles, and Chiefs didn't really help.
