I think it'll be a close race between he and Shanahan now. I still give the nod to Doug. Doing all this in one year is just off the charts good. He's the voice of reason. He's the guy you want as your Captain on a ship that's been knocked off course.

Your team is a direct extension of your coach. Find me a more exciting team from this season than the Jaguars in closely contested games and down the stretch and ill say you're a liar if you're denying how special this turnaround has been.

I can't resists,  Salmon for coach of the year.   Wink Wink
After tonight, he should be the only choice, regardless of what the Giants do. He just brought a team that was historically bad into a win in historically epic fashion. ANY outcome other than him being Coach of the Year is wrong.

This is just one more reason to add on top of the pile of why he should get Coach of the Year, but he wont. Sadly.

I don't agree with that. I do think the QB sneak was killed, but instead of it going to ETN on a handoff like he said above, I think it goes to the bubble screen outside which was open.

There's only 2 defenders out there with the 3rd coming over late, vs 3 WRs. I thought they had it on live time and the way Trevor quickly turned his body like he was about to throw it and the way he throw up his arms after the timeout seemed like he felt the same way.

But then again you live or die by the WR making the catch, or dropping it. Either way, they drew up a beauty on the next play after the timeout to convert the 4th down.

Just my 2 cents of course.
He is our coach of the century

What an amazing feat he's accomplished

You're bang on ... And after that they might get him! The cowboys will be in the same boat if they get rolled by the bucs, two attractive franchises, but if I was guessing I would say he'd rather cast in his lot with Herbert than Prescott
Clock Management, TO management, etc. are all on point
The moment at the end of this clip with Pederson and Allen is pure enjoyment. You can't fake that kind of stuff. These guys love and believe in each other.

I was worried they were going to flag Zay for a hold, but with all of the [BLEEP] they let the Chargers get away with in the first half they didn't dare.
Adopt me Doug!

Same. I know exactly what you're talking about. He was clearly holding there. But.... also... [BLEEP] them. LOL.

They were spotted 27 and they only gave themselves 3 in the 2nd half while allowing a 24 point swing in clutch time.

The goofy [BLEEP] we had to endure in 2017's play off run? In New England? The blatant PI [BLEEP] they got away with last night? With two of them being turnovers?

[BLEEP] them and the horse they rode into town with. The NFL can cram that [BLEEP] fickle, oversaturated, overrated L.A market right up it's multibillion dollar making [BLEEP].

The NFL had been [BLEEP] down Duval for years. That was not only the 3rd greatest comeback in post season history but also the biggest "[BLEEP] YOU" to the "officiating" I have ever seen in my lifetime.

Loved every second of last night's game.

Votes already taken for this or does last night factor in? If it does, no question he just stole coach of the year from whoever the favorite was.

I love it.

So great.

Can't wait for the locker room speech to be released.
Its going to depend on how deep Doug and Shanahan go in the playoffs.

There are other coaches that still deserve consideration.

To be honest, I'd rather the entire league ignore Pederson for another couple years.  Let him continue to develop the culture with the DC and OC he has right now.

Besides, there's still a chance the NY Giants win a game, and maybe the Cowboys can be Brady...  Oh and the 49ers have coaches that are darlings.

I prefer continuing under the radar for a couple more years, man.  Pederson is a HOF Head Coach.  That's what will be discussed in 20 years.  That's all that matters besides these stupid popularity contests.

It’s more than just the giants winning a playoff game.  Last night was a master class in halftime adjustments.  Doug was on display as much as Trevor or anyone else.  Doubt we see any of the other candidates do anything remotely like that the rest of the way.

Secondly, you’re talking about hoping to remain under the radar for a couple of years.  We’re 2 games away from the Super Bowl, 1 game away from the conference championship.  Hello?  Situational awareness knocking.

You act as though the main stream media cares about any of that.  Based on the success of our team, both our Coordinators should be interviewed for HC jobs...  They aren't.

And that's how I like it!!!
