Yeah if we had to lose to anyone, glad it was Japan. Nice fans and a good bunch of players also. Trout is a beast for sure.

Rangers open at home against the Phillies. Was going to go since it was the Phil’s but really didn’t want to fight the sellout crowd only to sit in nosebleed seats.
On a somewhat related note, Google the ‘boomstick burger’. I’m intrigued but would need to go to the game with three or four other people to consume it.
Boomstick burger sounds so…pornographic.

Quite frankly, I thought it would cost more. $35.99 split between 5 or 6 people actually makes it cheaper than most other food options. It is two feet long if you hadn't noticed.

I was pretty nervous about facing Kluber. He might not be the Cy Young level guy he was a few years ago, but he is still a top of the rotation type starter. Kyle Gibson is definitely just a journeyman, unless he has a career year, he shouldn’t be our ace all year.

Dude, Klubes looked like bottled crap.. He didn't look like Kluber in Spring either. If this team loses Sale again, they're done for the season. Not confidence at all with the starting rotation and pen..
Orioles are still not going for it (thought they would spend a lot this off season) but with one of the best farm systems and 2 of the best young players in the game, future is bright!
Opening day at Fenway was pretty amazing. The fans were much cooler than I expected too. Dinner at Grill 23 on Berkeley street and the Sam Adams brewery tour were worth a trip to Boston alone. I’m glad I finally decided to do this.
