I really hope it clicks for him at some point this year. Would hate to see this drag out into next summer. He had his moments when the game was out of reach. I think he'll get some more opportunities like that in the very near future. Here's to hoping!

I want it clear at the end of the year that he's the number 2 back so we don't spend more draft capital on the position again next year. DJ is playing well when he gets the ball, so there's no need to force Bigsby into the lineup, just give the guy snaps like this past week where he can get game speed reps and his mistakes don't lose us games. If it's clear he's not it then sign another cheap vet or UDFA, but take a year off from drafting a guy since it's not working.
Yeah - I mentioned on one of the other threads we should be getting D Johnson all the spell back work and saving Bigsby for garbage time or blowout work.

Glad it not only worked out that way - but they found a way to get the kid's confidence back on a conversion.
Good stuff there.

tanks fer nuthin!

Glad he got a few plays leading up to garbage time. One rep at a time. Win each play one by one, get the bad juju outta your head. I honestly think that's his biggest issue now. Get the head right, do what you're asked to do, not seek the home run or that extra yard or two. In time those big gains will come.

Not giving up on him like I did with Snoop (he bad), but glad that the team moved DEJ up the depth chart.

On top of that, I liked that a bunch of the players were right there when he converted that short yardage play. That was a big snap and the team gave him a chance to make the play. Good to see that the team is there to help him through the process of learning the value of moving on from past slips and answering the call when you hear your number in the huddle.
