Jags will win by 10+ points.
Hopefully our OC doesn't run ETN into the ground and uses the RBs that are also pretty good...  Tank, you sit back...

I'd give DJ plenty of carries and still mix in Tank with a half dozen if we are in the lead in the second half.
Gotta get his confidence moving in the right direction.

This honestly feels like the perfect game to give Bigsby, Strange and Brown more opportunities to get some much need repetitions in place. Let your main players rest a bit.

I wouldn't rush any three of these guys into the line-up on Monday. There's really no reason to. The Bengals are on the ropes. They're not going to make a real push without Burrow and we should be able to defensively handle Browning out there in that atmosphere.

I would shoot to use Strange in the exact same way that they've been using Farrell the past few weeks and I would split Etienne's workload between Bigsby and Johnson with the goal of getting them both roughly 10 - 15 carries on the ground a piece.

It does feel like it is time to see if Strange is ready to get more involved in the passing game beyond leaking out on a route after a chip once every three or four weeks.

If we are gearing up for a post season run we need to get the motor tuned up and hitting on all cylinders.

Weeks 16-18 will also provide good opportunity to try some variations within the offense, but I don't see why they can't start some of it this week.

I would like to see him work the seams a bit in this game. Especially if Logan Wilson is playing. That's a good way to test his mettle a bit. Obviously Trevor would have to be a little careful throwing it in that direction but I would test it at least once or twice to see if I can get away with it.

It would be nice though to get some film out there to keep opposing defenses on their toes and looking for these formations and routes in particular. They have been doing more twin and triple TE stuff recently so some variety is inevitable.

I kind of miss some of those Dan Arnold plays they ran last year and wouldn't mind some type of screen in his direction.

I think Tank got 1 rush on Sunday.

I'd double that, but no more.

And I'd make sure he's not in any play where Trevor can even think of checking down to him.  The dude needs another offseason to get his act together.  He's a fine down hill rusher.  He's not trustworthy of anything else at this point.  Especially when D'Ernest Johhnson has proven he's the man.

Johnson is a great back up RB.  We don't need to pound ETN into the ground as though we don't have a good back up.

I totally understand that line of reasoning with the rookie.

I'm just operating on a hunch that he's gonna rebound from the flukey turnovers just fine. I don't expect other fans to share in that opinion given the results he has produced thus far.  Will be interesting to see where the coaching staff lands on it if they decide to hold ETN out or limit him.
With the exception of Burrow, the bengals are basically 100% healthy. It looks like they’re getting Higgins and that OT back and like the LB that got hurt last week isn’t going to miss any time.

Even still. We saw how that team operates at 100% with an injured Burrow, they were awful. And an injured Burrow is still 1000% better than Browning

This is what needs doing,

Last 2 carries Tank has run for a tough 6 yards each time up the middle. He is more of a between the tackles close off tackle guy. His issues have come running sweeps. Each time a defender has shot the gap running right through our o-line hitting him in the backfield from the side.

Even before the Burrow injury, the defense was giving up some of the most explosive plays in the league.

Yeah - their YPA allowed is either last or next to last in the league.

And they've allowed around 600 more yards rushing than the Jags have on the year. (1536)

Kenny Pickett and Freiermuth were killing the Bengals down the seams over the middle last Sunday,, throwing in between Logan Wilson and their young safeties Battle/Hill.  Yes, I said Kenny Pickett.

Should be a very good chance to get some work in the seams this week as you said.

Stoppable force meets a movable object!  If we can run the ball consistently then our offense should be able to put up a ton of points.

The board seems to be chalking up this win. I guess after 15 years of mostly horrific play I'm still waiting for something bad to go wrong. Even without burrow they do have players that can change the game in just a play. Didnt make it to 2 straight conference title games from burrow alone. Gotta show up every game here on out. Can't take anyone too lightly!

This, they have a lot of really good players.  They will have a chip on their shoulder I think

The Jags won’t take the Bengals lightly. They’re locked in.

The Jags should win this one easily. Browning is horrible. His TD pass to Chase was a tipped ball that should have been picked and it fell into Chases lap who did the rest.

Their defense allows some of the most big plays in the league.

Their Oline is bad.

Jags take this one 27-6
