The guy had 48 punt returns in college for 99 total yards with 1 that went for 30. Just more bad from the GM chair that he thought the guy should replace Swagnew.
Washington shows a lot of promise as a returner; that said he NEEDS to be more decisive. The biggest hurdle for a returner to learn is that "hesitation is death" if you see a hole/crease you've got to believe that its there and just hit it without thinking.
