Yep, the team got better when they got rid of him.

Sadly, I don't think there's a Jimmy Smith waiting in the wings here.

Ridley isn't taking snaps from Jimmy Smith here.
Well, Ridley has about 15 minutes to study the playbook
This first half has gone on for a eternity

NH3...

It's not sudden it's been building for weeks. Skill wise he's our number 1 WR but consistency wise he's our number 3. He's not proving to be worth giving up a second round pick, he's also going to ask for more then he's worth which will affect us keeping Josh Allen.
Just now halftime. Long running game, most everything else is already in the 3rd qtr.

We've been one of the least penalized teams this year and had the most PI's called in our favor.

You're getting punked by the best defense in the NFL today down by 1 score after 2 INTs.

It's still a game. Quit crying like a [BLEEP] [BLEEP] Bills mafia or tinhorns fan..

You should tune in, it's really something to watch.

All of the PIs have been obvious, they caused incomplete passes

He spent a year out of the NFL, is in a brand new city, with a brand new offense and QB. He works like a maniac and his bread and butter relies on chemistry and timing. I think we should absolutely spend the 2nd round pick to re-sign him rather than the 3rd. His struggles right now will hopefully keep the price tag a bit lower (I think he ends up getting close to Kirk's deal) and we're just very happy for the next 3-4 years as he has positive regression towards the player we know he can be and we get it at a relative discount!

We're giving up a 3rd round pick for the Ridley trade regardless based on his playing time. Might as well go the one round higher because no WR we get in that 2nd-3rd round range will have the production of Ridley right now. This team is built to contend in the next few years; I don't like the idea of casting off Ridley and throwing darts at the position with the same draft pick.

To be fair, we didn’t know we had a Jimmy Smith in early 96, even when he was on the team. But yeah, I don’t see him on this team.
Jets and Bengals are winning so far.
It isn’t hate for Ridley.

It’s simple.

He has to prove he’s a reliable #1 to get resigned. He’s had multiple opportunities and has yet to truly do so

I too noticed this.

NH3...
Glad the d woke up,

We may just squeak out of this thing if we can punch it in two more times

Which is why I said the Jags need to bring in a wide out with an early draft.    The Jags don't have one quality receiver that was drafted by the organization.   Just a bunch of late round receivers.

Kirk
Jones
Ridley
Engram

All brought in.

The Jags need to get a #1 with a draft pick that can grow for 4 years with Trevor.
Not to get ahead of ourselves but the only way we stand a chance against Baltimore is if they seriously overlook us.

Feels like Jags are down 21
We Knew this would be a hard fought game, we have lost 3RT, a slot WR, 2CB's, our QB was hurt just a week ago,...offence need to stop with the mental mistakes, we have enough talent to win
Ridley blew that route.,..
This halftime commentary is literally gag worthy.
