I don't like Gus as a coach at all but I bet we win more than 5 games this year.

I can appreciate optimism, but this team is so sloppy and broken that the only wins coming again this season are going to possibly come against highly injured teams or playoff teams who sit their starters in week 16 or 17. It will only be garbage wins. 

 

Gus had built nothing that has a win in it during his time here. The players are young, we shall see if the right coach can change this losing culture. 

Its getting closer,i would've loved to be wrong but now at 2-7,2 14 is looking a lot closer.

Todays game was our last good chance to win outside of the scenario you described IMO. If we cant beat the texans in our house, then we certainly wont handle the Titans who are a much worse match up for us.

rember back in Augest  a lot of you didn't want to belieave me about 2-14. well Jags are well on thier way to that now at 2-8 and a 5 game loseing streak.

 2-9 now. lets rember this cause by this time next week jags will  be 2-10. no way they beat denver.

1. Make up a bucnh of signs wolfie was right jags need a firey  head coach with tough displine. 

 

 

2. for those fans to the airport when jags fly home from colts game,and hold those signs for GM,and team to see. colts game wil lbe the 14th lose.

we will be 4 games away from me being right after tommorrews lose to Denver.  2-10 is already in the books. that would leave four games to go.  of course i would prefer to be wrong,i would be happy to win more games.  just because i don't think they will win,doesn't mean im going againest jags. I rout hard fro them every sunday at sports bar.

I said some negative stuff during preseason as well about the team and coaching. Like how disappointing Fowler was after a freakish camp and scrimmage. I must say I never would have thought our rushing attack would be so poor or Allen Robinson having such a slump of a year compared to what he was doing in preseason. I recall also saying the Gus extension was a huge mistake and made no sense. I'm also surprised our coaches have made it this long. I want a cookie.

I'm predicing a 10-9 Broncos win which would put us at 2-10. This thread is getting scary.

You were 100% right. Keeping Pus Bradley was a death nail for Khan's franchise.

I predict that, like our record at the end of the year, the final score will be 2-14.

To call 2-14 on August 29th when the Jags were hyped by everybody and their mother to make a playoff run is pretty damn spectacular to be honest. I have taken shots at SW over the years, but I think I want to send this guy a Christmas present now.


This prediction coming true is absolutely hilarious.


Reading the replies to his prediction is Gold. Pure Gold, Jerry.

I predicted the Jaguars to go 8-8 this season,  with a better chance of going 9-7 instead of 7-9.   It's very surprising on this end that the prediction is already wrong.

 

Snowwolf deserves credit for his prediction,  even though I'm confident he much rather have been vastly wrong.

 

Because of the situation Snowwolf mentioned in the past that he might not be able to see the Jaguars games at a local sports bar near his home if the team continues to lose much more often than they win,   that might be a reason why he sensed something seriously wrong with the Jaguars that the vast majority of us didn't see or put enough weight on.
