Packers likely take that division next year.

Bears will take Caleb Williams and a stud WR in the top 10.

Vikings always tough.

Lions core is real nice but who knows if they’ll be back.

If their OC leaves for a HC job, it may take some time for them to match this year.

And I want them to excel. Nothing with through me more than a Jaguars versus Lions Super Bowl.

I doubt there's a matchup that would thrill the NFL and big money advertisers any less.  Half-time ads would be selling on Craigslist.

And this is why I will never be convinced the NFL isn't at least "influenced" by officiating, or some other methods of "rigging" games. They probably aren't WWE-tier rigged, but there is definitely worry inside the NFL when smaller market teams are up against the bigger market teams. Gotta be ready to beat the refs + the team you're facing if you're the Jags/any small market/small fanbase team.

You realize this is only making it more desireable for us, right? Big Grin

eh, at some point I think that luster wears off. Don't forget last season we embarrassed a team from LA in the postseeason with a huge comeback.

Granted, you get guys like Patty or Reid in the playoffs and the refs are gonna show them a little more leeway due to familiarity, but outside of close calls, you're not going to see egregious favoritism without subjecting the shield to extreme scrutiny, and I'm pretty sure that's the opposite of what Goodell wants.
