<p class="">Sources: While <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#<b>Jaguars</b></a> coach Doug Marrone held his first team meeting, new LT Branden Albert was not present. Holding out for a new deal.

I thought he was already happy with his deal when he came here.

I know he referenced his contract.

Did the team promise him a new deal as an inducement to accepting a trade?

Not overly concerned because this is voluntary stuff.
Awesome!

LOL......

I was under the impression we going to rework his deal and give him a little bump in pay once we traded for him. I'm guessing that never came to fruition.

This is the time of year where players make business moves to improve their situation if the opportunity presents.  Hopefully this isn't a protracted thing.
Wow, i thought he was happy. Guess not.
Albert has the team in a corner… they have no starting LT and they traded for him

Nice way to start out your career with us. But in all honesty, he probably wants more guaranteed money. I expect the jaguars to restructure the deal with more incentives. Usually these things get done when the trade happens which makes this interesting.

<p class="" style="font-size:27px;">4. A league source, "It's voluntary, but still funny." <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#Jaguars</a>

Wants bonuses or more guaranteed. He's missing voluntary workouts, so its not too bad I guess. Still, annoying that this is happening.

I'm sure it will get worked out and I don't care he is missing voluntary sessions.

And while it's the sort of greedy move that puts fans backs up, it will all be forgotten when the season starts.

Who is talking about Joey Bosa's holdout now?
This was expected by the front office.

I know it's a business move, but first impressions do matter.

Considering his head coach, I'd hold out too.

<p class="" style="font-size:27px;">Was told it was Doug Marrone's show today. He spoke w/ the team and handed out info packets to players. It was a "paper work" day. <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#Jaguars</a>
