Question 21f:
It doesn't matter if one can name another person who went to jail for the same proven offense. It is still a federal felony which was proven with overwhelming evidence. There is no need for being charged and/or convicted of another crime.
Do you want me to go and look up the various business and tax accounting forms that Trump had to sign over the years with the state of New York?
Lots of forms worn lots of people of dire consequences. Yet actual prosecution is extremely rare, in fact it almost never happens.
I think there are too many forms to fill out in this country in general. I think it is too hard to comply with the letter of the law while filling out confusing forms. Lots of people fill them out incorrectly. But that's not the conversation we're having.
Hunter Biden did not make a "mistake" on a "confusing" form. He deliberately and intentionally lied because a truthful answer would have prevented the purchase.
The conversation is, or should be, does he deserve jail time. You and Marty are incapable of that conversation however, without making it about Trump.

That's not true.
I'm perfectly capable of it.
Hunter Biden does not deserve jail time for lying on this form. As a first time offender, he should pay a fine, forfeit that gun and any other gun, and maybe some other non-jail punishments.

So because he is supposedly a "first time offender" he shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of his action(s)? Just because this is his
first conviction he should suffer the same punishment that you, I or anyone else would suffer.
He deserves prison time in general population.

Is the above in bold what you think is "not true"?

No, Sneakers accused me of being unable to state an opinion on Hunter without mentioning Trump. So I proved him wrong.

Forgive me for not accepting the anomaly of a single post as overwhelming proof. It's still a little early for a parade.
Perhaps this can be the George Floyd catalyst to get Biden support in the black communities. I just just see it now (on t-shirts) ....... I CAN'T BREATHE (when I have crack in my lungs)
Watson, I need my special Thinking Pipe lololol

It’s weird that the second amendment absolutists are ok with even requiring a form like that to purchase a handgun. I’d expect them to be up in arms about a violation of Hunter Biden’s civil rights. ;-)

Laws are for other people. Everyone assumes their own behavior is perfect and any law saying otherwise must be wrong. But if the law says the people I don't like are behaving badly, then of course, that's what it's supposed to do!
I don't give two [BLEEP] about Hunter's rights. The Bidens don't care about Trump's..
Has a sittimg president ever had a convicted felon as a son or is this the first time?

Pretty sure it's the first time.
His other son served honorably in the army though, I feel like that should be mentioned along side.
