They no longer lie, they 'misspoke' The corruption of this party is just sickening. I really believe most democrats have some type of brain damage believing this crap.

That's like believing that water is wet lol
The sheer amount of simping for the Harris campaign in that one interview... my goodness.

Where you at, "safe" voters? How is this ok? How do you not see this is the problem?

When Bash said there were no media lies, Vance should have asked her if that applies to Fox News as well.

But Dana Bash wasn't simping for Harris. She's a journalist with a worldview and doesn't have the time during interviews to either present or listen to all the facts.
What was I supposed to get out of that video? It was an interview that was going well enough then some guy on the bottom right of the screen took over and started talking like it was a WWE match. Can someone summarize?

That you liberal media is lying to you public about Timmy Tampons record. He flat out lied about some aspects of his military service. When caught in the lie, instead of admitting he lied they paint it in a good light and push the misspoke line. The left wing media continues to push the lies while the left eat it up.

Ok, but that video is only showing me an interview with JD Vance.

Bottom line is the liberal media caught again gas lighting people. Instead of the host admitting it's a lie they say"misspoike"  All of the liberal media are using those terms now.

If you count them up, Trump has misspoken 56,427 times since November 2016.  I guarantee you, he'll misspeak about a dozen times in that Elon Musk "interview."
I think Mike and Marty are [BLEEP] suckers..

Sorry, mods.. I mispoke.. I meant to say they're nice people.

Anyone but him, bro. Any. One. But. Him.

That's the "logic" I heard in 2020.

And yet, he'll still sound better and more coherent than Cameltoe Harris.

This is Kamala's playbook right here when speaking:

Cameltoe really took the "tush push" seriously. She's the OG of the tush push. Used that tush to push her way up to the tippy top of the political arena.
That wasn't an interview, it was a debate between a prospective Republican VP and a Democrat party operative. The Democrat party operative was controlling the questions and still lost the debate. Professional journalism was no where to be found at any point.
Because the two words mean the same thing. /sarcasm  Wallbash

Misspeak:
:to speak (something, such as a word) incorrectly

: to express (oneself) imperfectly or incorrectly
"claims now that he misspoke himself"

Lie:
as in to deceive
to make a statement one knows to be untrue
"would I lie to you about that?"

as in a tale
a statement known by its maker to be untrue and made in order to deceive
"he wanted to deny the accusation, but he couldn't tell a lie"

So when Trump tells untruths by the bucketful, is he lying or is he misspeaking?  And which is worse?

Has he ever claimed a 'I misspoke' defense?  Honest question.

Trump can not make mistakes.   When things around him go wrong, it is only because we let him down.  All praise to 45!

I think I'm finally catching up to the OP.
Is this about how Tim Walz said he was one rank in the National Guard but was actually one rank down?
It's not like he wasn't in the NG at all. He was in, just lower ranking. Who cares? I can't recite the ranks in order, and I bet most guardsmen can't either.
Haha, dude.

Dude!  I have been out of the service almost 40 years and I know what rank I got out as.  I bet everyone else of sound mind  that served does too.  I can also tell you the order from top to bottom.

Were you in the NG or were you full time? You agree it may be harder to remember details if it wasn't your every-day job title.
Politifact says that he received the promotion but then filed for retirement benefits at the lower ranking because he had not been in the higher ranking for long enough.
I don't know if that's how it works.
Also not sure if I care.

This. Exactly. No one forgets what rank they were at retirement unless they have alzheimer's or something else that has robbed them of their faculties. Dude has been lying about it forever and that constitutes stolen valor. Period.
