Both are just as corrupt and bull [BLEEP] yet we can talk about one but not the other? Why not???
And actually religion is less bull [BLEEP] than politics yet it's banned here... Makes zero sense...
And this is coming from a non party. I'm not religious at all and I definitely don't follow brain dead corrupt politics like you guys do.
I just think it's funny how you people react to the dumbest [BLEEP] like you will ever make a difference in any matter... The fact of the matter is you wont and never will.

If there are big problems, and I'm not worried, then I'm oblivious.
If a man shouts that we have big problems, and I listen, and I think about it, but I just don't see what the big deal is, then either he's a demagogue or I'm still just oblivious.
Either way, I was oblivious or whatever else I was before he came on the scene.

But is it healthy to worry about things you cannot do anything about? The opposite of "obliviousness" is "awareness." Not "worried." I can be not worried and also not oblivious.
If you worry about things you cannot do anything about, that is not conducive to mental health. Look at some of the people on this message board, who are so worried about things they cannot do anything about that they are mentally unbalanced.
You can be aware of things and not worry about them.

And here you are, (Chode#1) and Mike, (Chode#2)
Worrying about what I say about you..
Obsess much?

Yet you obsess about "the orange man" (your own words) who doesn't give a single [BLEEP] about you..
What does that say about you?

I hope you don’t mind, Marty. Just trying to inject some humor into the thread.

I was into that stuff when it was new. I find it unlistenable now. That along with Korn.

Humor is much more important than this political [BLEEP].

Recently, Apple made the decision to make ChatGPT available on their new I phones. Interesting indeed, but now Apple is looking to invest in OpenAI in a big way. Chatgpt is based on OpenAI as Microsoft is currently the largest stakeholder in this private company. Apple investing billions in OpenAI would in a sense unite these old foes. Is gravity pulling these two behemoths back to each other?

Be weary of that. I am not a big fan of AI. Has Doomsday written all over it. Elon's also making a strong push for it.

Don't worry, it's not real. It's mostly marketing jargon wrapped around older tech. We don't have the technology or knowledge to create real A.I.

More worried about the abilities it has with taking over jobs. Feels like that is the end goal either way.

That's not new, people have always feared technology replacing their work. The Cotton Gin radically changed our society forever. So did the automobile. So did the telephone, radio, television, computer...things always advance...people always adapt.
