2. Trade Lawrence:  Miami are contenders right now.  Lets see if we can get a first and maybe a 2nd out of them.  I for one have seen enough of Trevor Lawrence. You can quote me that he will never be a star.  Yes the line is bad but so is he. (I don't know if the salary can be worked out in a trade where we don't eat the cap hit?) This hurts because for fathers day my son bought me a really nice Lawrence Jersey.  I had hope! Lol no one will trade for this guy, big contract awful play

3. Let Pederson rot in this mess.  Everyone know the line was a problem but he vouched for this offensive line.  Let him wallow in this mess until the end of the season and then he is fired! What's the point? I'd say fire him and let Richards or Nielsen be the coach.

4. It's time for a total rebuild of personal from the top to the bottom. We Need a President of Operations (if we have one a new one) who is charge of getting a GM and building a winning staff. Once [BLEEP] again

5. Dramatic cuts this season:  Time for a total rebuild -_- same as above

I know this sounds dramatic but the last season of football speaks for itself.  This team is Dysfunctional to it's very core.  Rolling with the same personal and not changing anything will end in the same result.  This is not a knee Jerk Reaction.  Look back starting from the point we were 8-3 last season.  Something has happened and it appears there is no coming back from it.  We maybe the worst team in the league (not talent but as a unit)

Exactly. Every year the Lawrence defense force says this. Lawrence over threw a guy by a few yards in a clean pocket tonight that was an int. It had nothing to do with other players.
I hate to be that guy, but I wouldn't hate to trade Trevor at this point. I still believe he is/was a generational talent. Maybe it's salvageable if he goes somewhere else, but I think the damage is done in J-ville. His talent is being wasted here because we can't do the only thing we needed to do; build the dude a freaking o-line. It's embarrassing. Young QBs need time to adjust to the NFL, get comfortable, then start picking it apart. Things happen so fast at this level that it's impossible to succeed if you aren't constantly scanning downfield. Throwing off your back foot (which causes the ball to sail), getting skittish in the pocket, and forcing throws are all telltale signs that the pressure is rattling him.

I think if you could get a 1, you take it. Fire everyone. Take advantage of the move to a different location to insulate from the rebuild years. Put everything into offensive and defensive lines, then to use the inevitable failure to procure the next generational talent. After 2 years under the new QBs belt, where he learns his line can protect him and he suffers through drops and whatnot, then you pay to bring in an a-list WR1.

We just tried to do everything backwards. You never start with the QB.
Look how the game started today. Jags defense gets gssfrd/cashed, the offense responds with a 3 and out. That's my QB.

At one point Buffalo had 2tds and we had 1 net yard.
The 1992 Chargers were the only team to start 0-4 and make the playoffs.
The Jaguars make me angry, and depressed.

My plan to fix things- I'm going to stop caring about the Jaguars. Seriously. I've watched them since 1995. I've had season tickets for many of those years. I've been through the ups, and downs, and downs, and downs. The wins have left me elated for days, and the losses have left me depressed for days.

I've had enough. I'm quitting. We'll see how long I can hold out. Maybe a day, maybe a month, maybe for good. I might be right back here tomorrow. We'll see.
I would fire Doug, and promote press to head coach to let him get a glimmer of hope. Then immediately fire him as well.
Wholesale changes are the only way to fix this. Need to suffer the rest of the year and see where we land in the draft.

Front office and coaching staff need to go. A few overpaid players need to go. Khan needs to call Josh Harris, hire his team that helped him in the off season and go from there.

There's no accountability, no direction, no leadership and no energy in that building anymore. The experiment has failed. Time to move on after three years while you have Lawrence for the next five.

I am finished with this staff and front office. Too much money invested via free agency to be this abysmal. This is one of the worst offensive stretches in franchise history and there's no excuses for it based on Doug's background and "expertise".

If you want to defend this dog [BLEEP]? Have at it. If you want to keep making excuses for the QB. Have at it. He's regressed now as far as I am concerned while his bank account has progressed.

Nobody gets a pass in this.

Guys, guys, we are only 0-3 still a lot of football to be played lolololol.  Still not mathematically eliminated from the playoffs yet.  There are still records to be broken.

Overreaction Monday.

#1 should have happened long ago.

#2 Biggest overreaction in the list. No way I’m trading Trevor. He has all the tools. Great character. Although I’m concerned we may have David Carred him. Want to see how he does under a new coach.

#3 Doug’s got to go now. And take Press with him. Can’t afford for him to run Trevor and this offense into the ground for th rest of the season. Make MCoy interim.

#4 Definitely.

#5 Maybe. Lots of talent at the skill positions. That will be for new management to decide.

You people talking about playoffs probably need to schedule an eye appointment.

Even if they expanded it to 10 teams per conference, we still ain't making it.
We can't go from "glad we got his contract extended out to 2030" to "let's trade him" in just three games.
It's not that doing nothing is a good plan. It's just the only plan. Help is not on the way. You have to hope the crew you have deploys the lifeboats correctly, another crew is not coming.
This is the time to hire outside analysts though. Observers, advisers. Get those guys in the building now.
And let Trevor call his own plays.

Based on the games I saw this weekend, we are the worst team in the league. By a lot.

Too funny.  The defense hasn't gotten a turnover all year, nor have they gotten a first half stop in the last 2 games and you want to rail on Trevor and not mention the D.
I tried to tell you all here the year we drafted Trevor he was overrated. we only took him cause otherwise the medeia would of made us the laughing stock for not takeing what everyone was saying he should be the #1 pick.

   I'm just saying.

If I buy you a subscription to Grammarly, will you use it?
If Khan is willing to pay me $100,000 dollars per year for the next five years, and, if he can give me a $100,000 signing bonus? (A whopping $600,000 to him, probably peanuts compared to what he's paying Baalke).

I swear, I will work my [BLEEP] off 24/7 to help build this roster via the draft. I [BLEEP] you not. I feel like I can find better football players and needs for this team with maybe three monitors and a small team of scouts keeping tabs on what we need and an eye on my big board while I make decisions.

That signing bonus will enable me to pay off my home and then that salary gives me enough to comfortably take care of my family for a few years. If I fail within five years? I'll go back to the railroad.

I swear. I can fix this. I know I can. All I need is the access and a few websites. The leg work is already out there for the masses to digest and select from. Three monitors, a small team to help keep me up to date during draft day, and just a few websites and I bet I can fix this [BLEEP] within three years. Please, send this to Khan.

Who should they have taken Snowie?

Should have traded that pick for a King's Ransom, kept Minshew and drafted Penei Sewell at LT.
