Should have traded that pick for a King's Ransom, kept Minshew and drafted Penei Sewell at LT.

Eeashhhh.
To start, fire Baalke because he’s the most culpable of all with his unwillingness to build a proper O line, among other reasons. See what effect that has on the organization. If it doesn’t have the desired impact, start working down the chain.

Something has to give. It’s beyond repair. Replacement is the only option. Khan’s biggest and most important task is finding the part which needs replacement.

Fire Trent Baalke today. Now.

The year prior? Should have drafted Tristan Wirfs at RT and Justin Jefferson at WR instead of C.J Henderson at CB and K'Lavon Chaisson at DE/OLB/ST/TWEENER.

This team routinely showcases ineptitude in hiring the right scouting staff, personnel manager and coaching staff. Shouldn't surprise anybody when we see teams in our own division making better strides and leaping us while we stall out and prepare to crash.

This is what happens when you throw millions of dollars into free agency instead of building through the draft properly. We should all be sick to our stomachs really.

Firing Baalke doesn't fix the root issue. Khan has to hire a team of consultants, just like Josh Harris did for Washington when he bought the team. Khan needs to get himself a VP of Football Operations in place, following by a proper General Manager, and then, from there?

He needs to stay out of it unless they need anything financially or it potentially involves moving on from cornerstone pieces such as Trevor Lawrence and Josh Hines-Allen who just got mammoth contracts a few months ago.

   I'm just saying.

Who should they have taken Snowie?

they should've traded the 1 pick away ,and got more draft ppicks. then get some O-lineman and find your qb later down the road in the draft.

While I applaud the mendacity, the idea that we should give Trent Baalke MORE picks to waste is illogical.

Firing Baalke will go a long way towards addressing the root issue and it needs to be done immediately. This team doesn’t have the time for Khan to find consultants to move forward. He should have done that long ago.

Baalke has already made the decisions via the draft and free agency during the off season and past few years. Firing him now does absolutely nothing to fix things. It won't send a message other than "Looks like I am out in 2025, might as well protect myself and get prepared for my next gig".

People wonder why Robinson sucks [BLEEP] at LT and Kirk is not showing at WR, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see why they're mailing it in. They're on their way out after this season is over. Cam's not going to get his injury prone [BLEEP] hurt. Kirk's probably a likely trading candidate that will require restructuring at his next stop.

Just need to bare it and grit it for the rest of the year, tilt the whole damn building upside down in January and get rid of all of them. They need to go. Technically, Khan could hire a team of consultants NOW to start the groundwork and analyzing of current VP of football operation candidates, general manager candidates and head coaching candidates.
Sell the team.

Exactly what I said.
Firing people now does no good.
Leave them in place and hire consultants to figure out what's wrong in the organization and start the off-season with a plan.

Shad's $22 million may have been better spent when Amit Patel was blowing it on his gambling habits.

He could give me $100,000 per year for the next five years and a $100,000 signing bonus and I will work like a dog 24/7 if I have to fix this roster via the draft with a decent scouting team.

I swear I can do it. Give me three monitors and a decent laptop. I just need a few websites and a few folks to keep me up to speed with our big board when selections are coming off the board.

I can do better than Baalke via the draft. At the minimum. Take that other $21.4M and use it towards a dedicated free agency purveyor and a guy that can connect with folks.

I'll handle the rest.

Khan should have fired him when he wanted Walker over Hutch.

2. Trade Lawrence:  Miami are contenders right now.  Lets see if we can get a first and maybe a 2nd out of them.  I for one have seen enough of Trevor Lawrence. You can quote me that he will never be a star.  Yes the line is bad but so is he. (I don't know if the salary can be worked out in a trade where we don't eat the cap hit?) This hurts because for fathers day my son bought me a really nice Lawrence Jersey.  I had hope!

3. Let Pederson rot in this mess.  Everyone know the line was a problem but he vouched for this offensive line.  Let him wallow in this mess until the end of the season and then he is fired!

4. It's time for a total rebuild of personal from the top to the bottom. We Need a President of Operations (if we have one a new one) who is charge of getting a GM and building a winning staff.

5. Dramatic cuts this season:  Time for a total rebuild

I know this sounds dramatic but the last season of football speaks for itself.  This team is Dysfunctional to it's very core.  Rolling with the same personal and not changing anything will end in the same result.  This is not a knee Jerk Reaction.  Look back starting from the point we were 8-3 last season.  Something has happened and it appears there is no coming back from it.  We maybe the worst team in the league (not talent but as a unit)

Too funny.  The defense hasn't gotten a turnover all year, nor have they gotten a first half stop in the last 2 games and you want to rail on Trevor and not mention the D.

DING DING DING

Well, it’s week 3. You don’t make drastic changes week 3. You have Pederson call the plays from here and get tank more Carries. You try to fix the defensive scheme.

I don't think there's a major plan to fix things going into week 4.. Would love to be proven wrong though.

You're hired! Can I be your assistant and I'll only take $50,000 per year! That's always been my dream job, anyway. How could you beat it: doing what you love and helping your favorite team win all at once!

Seriously, the very sad thing is that we (and some others on this board) would truly do better than Baalke and Dave Caldwell. Not saying it is easy, but when I think of the boneheaded decisions they have mad it just makes me sick. Walker over Hutchinson when 31 G.M.'s would have done the opposite! Taking one OL in the last draft who can't even get on the field! Danielle Hunter was just about begging to be signed by the Jaguars; he may be the best pass rusher in the league and is still only 29. Instead, they sign Armstead for a guaranteed $28 million and he was coming off an injury. Of course, I could go on and on.
