My Stepped up list is short:

Strange:  Finally seeing some results from this second round pick.  He has played nicely these first few games. He came within inches of caching a game winner against Cleveland.
Bigsby:  He looks like a totally different runner from last year. He has had a much better season than ETN so far.
Mitch Morse: The only new offensive linemen starting and has been far and away our best offensive linemen. The other 3 suck and Cleveland at Guard is just alright. Robinson fell off a cliff.

The Underperforming List:

*Cam Robinson: Just an absolute disaster at LT. Just getting manhandled every week
*Anton Harrison: Probably the worst starting tackle in the league by a country mile. After showing such promise his rookie season he flat out sucks. He makes me Miss Jawaan Taylor.
*Schreff: Just getting Mauled every week. Has just been terrible.
*Kirk:  Has been a disaster so far this year. Dropping easy ones. He even had a TD pass hit him in the face mask last week. What happened to him?
*Campbell: Not his fault but the best ability is availability.  He rode the pine a ton last year and hurt again.
*Travon Walker: He had 2 sacks week 1 (one was just kinda accidental)  but he has been so irrelevant I do not even know if he is playing the last couple of weeks.
*Hines-Allen: Changed his name but getting no sacks. He is not living up to that contract.
*ETN: Where is that guy who broke a couple explosive plays every game?  He is on the side of a milk carton right now.
*The Entire Coaching Staff:  This team looks ill prepared weekly. There is no fire or pride on the team. The Offense always scripts the first 15-20 offensive plays of the game. When we start 3 and out that tells you the game plan sucks. They cannot Adjust. Anybody worth their salt would tell you that playing man to man against buffalo was a mistake after the first quarter but they kept at it.  They keep Rushing 4 but Walker/Hines-Allen are just getting mauled. Josh Allen left the game Monday Night with a clean Jersey.
*The Entire Front Office: Everyone was screaming the offensive line was a problem. Instead of rebuilding they signed one guy and brought back the same bums from last year (outside Center) . In typical Jaguar Fashion they find out a day late and a dollar short the line flat out stinks. This decision is contributing to Lawrence and the teams poor performance. I see this line as a problem all year and it should cost Baalke and the front office their job. I do not believe the roster is a talented as Shad and the Jags think they are
*The Team:  Good god man, have some pride in yourself. Everyone on the NFL field are world class athletes. There is no way a team should just man handled us on both sides of the ball all game long. Yes the coaching is a issue but the players are also at fault.  Missed Blocks, Missed Catches, Stupid Penalties, Missed assignments, Missed Throws, etc. etc.  The players need to have some accountability.

*Shad: People Wore the Clown faces at the stadium and tried to warn him that Baalke was bad news and should be let go. He kept Baalke and here is the state of the roster. I do not believe the roster is a good as the front Office thinks. The whole time here Shad never does a complete house cleaning. My biggest fear is he Fires Doug but decides to keep Baalke around another few years. The Big Screens, The Stadium renovations, the pools are all nice. Regardless of all that, It's going to be hard to sell tickets to this product on the field.  Shad has owned this team over a decade now. The record of this team since he has been owner is far and away the worst in the league. Shad needs a complete house cleaning and change how this team operates. I know I shouldn't tell him how to run his business but what he is doing is broken for him and the fans.
The team is 0 - 3. The offense is down. The defense is down. The only thing that's stepped up for this team is Khan's blood pressure.

Strange with the routine pass that clanked right off his hands. It hit him in a bad spot.

Ezra Cleveland and Mitch Morse both got beat by the same guy to give up the safety against Miami.

Harrison, first play of the season gave up a sack. Just flat out decided not to block.

Scherff just goes through the motions as he’s on his way to retirement.

Kirk forgot how to catch

Armstead, is he even starting?
My biggest disappointments so far this year.

1. Cam - he's been a huge liability and our highest paid lineman. He's been so bad it's time to move Harrison to LT or give Little one last shot there.

2. Harrison- he was supposed to be the one linemen we thought was going to be a positive for us but he's been horrible. He looked better last week but then he got hurt. He was our 1st round pick and needs to step it up be a player we can count on.

3. Cisco- He's had his worst year as a Jag so far imo and it his contract year. I thought he had All Pro potential but he's been bad.

4. Trevor- Even when the oline holds up he makes bad throws and don't go through his progressions. He's seeing ghost at this point and looking like Sam Darnold from a couple years ago.

5. Travon Walker- He's the first overall pick and he's been getting manhandled at times against average RTs and backup tackles. It's year 3 for him and he should be dominating at times but he hasn't looked much better if any than the last couple years.

6. Kirk- He is supposed to be the Trevor's safety blanket and our most reliable WR. He has been anything but that so far.

7. Armstead- He was supposed to be that really good DT that was in SF that could pressure up the middle and cause problems for the QB. He looks like a shell of his former self.

8. Davis- was supposed to come in and be another reliable WR for Trevor. He has a hard time getting open and hasn't done much at all 3 weeks in.

9. Hamilton- He was supposed to be finally healthy and be back to his old self. He's been getting pushed around and doesn't look much better than last year

10. Johnson- Antonio Johnson has just been bad. He's been a liability in the run and pass and has played more snaps on defenses than anyone. He shouldn't be starting at this point in his career and Dewey is missed badly in that secondary.
The effort was pretty good until the ETN fumble at the end of the 3rd quarter of game 1. Since then the effort has been putrid for professionals. This team really struggles with adversity.
Never good when your PK and P are the best players on your team.
This convo is a lot easier to just list the ones who have played well. Tank Bigsby is definitely the most improved player on the team. BTJ is playing ok decent. Long snapper is a first team all pro, and is firing those pigskins off the snap again this season. That's about it, everyone else has underperformed.

Nice summary:

The only player who has really stepped up is Bigsby.

As far as your list of underperformers:

1. Cam Robinson: Should never have been re-signed. Big waste of money, especially when Little would not have been a drop-off, Hope he starts Saturday.

2. Anton Harrison: Had been big disappointment and now may have a knee injury. More suited to playing on left side. Can't afford another 1st round bust.

3. Scherff: Also should have been let go.Very good in his prime which was a long time ago.

4. Cleveland: He has been o.k., but Baalke should have gone after a more physical guard like Robert Hunt- more money but having a great year so far.

5. Morse: Being the best lineman so far is nothing to be proud of on this team. Wasn't a bad acquisition, but the team would have been better off drafting someone like Frazier from the Steelers. He can play both guard and tackle.

6. Coaching staff: What a huge disappointment Pederson is!

7. Baalke: Biggest problem so far since he has failed to find the best available talent- especially on the O-Line.

8. Lawrence: This franchise waited 27 years to finally find a true franchise quarterback. While he must take some responsibility for his lack of progress (and he has), I still blame the front office for not getting him the support he needs. Will he ever meet the high expectations we had and win a Super Bowl? In order for this to happen, Shad Khan needs to fire Baalke and possibly Pederson.

9. The Defense: It's way too early to get too down on Ryan Nielson. While his scheme was very bad on Monday, he was also missing 2 key defensive backs. Hines-Allen and Walker need to really turn it up ASAP!
Brightspots.

1. Bigsby- Hes starting to show the resaons why he was drafted in the 3rd and starting to look like the player he was at Auburn. Could be a good pick if he turns out to be that guy.

2. BTJ- He looks like he will be our number 1 WR for the future. He looks the part.

3. Strange- He had 1 bad drop but other than that the last 2 weeks he has played the best ball of his career. I hated this pick more than any pick Baalke has made because we could have taken Torrence who is part of one of the best olines in football. If he continues to improve hopefully he can live up to his draft status and turn into a solid pick even if it wasn't the right pick. The last 2 weeks I like what I have see out of Strange.

4. Morse- Hes our best lineman and the best center we have has since Linder. Hopefully he continues this level of play the rest of this year and next year.

5. Cook and Little- i think you could argue we have one of the best K/P combos in the league.

Lol, Strange is a better TE than Torrence is a Guard. Just because he went to Floriduh doesn't mean he's good, in fact, its usually a sign to stay the hell away.. Torrance is worse than Scherff this year, that's really takes effort!

The Bills have one of the best olines in football and Torrence is apart of that.  Could argue that Bills oline has been dominant.  Strange has played decent the last 2 games and that's pretty much it for his career at this point.  Strange still has a ways to go and has to continue to be consistent.

As far as going to Florida that don't mean [BLEEP] as far as how good one is in the NFL. I hated the Bryan pick and he sucks. I thought Richardson should have went in the mid rounds and I think he sucks as a QB. He's not accurate.
To think a guy that has struggled to see the field for us has been better than a part of one of the best olines in football lol.  Torrence owned our dline just a week ago.

The Bills fans know what they have.  Can't wait for use to draft olineman that we can praise like that. That post reminded me of your takes on Fortner and Evan Neal lol

You haven't seen that Bills oline obviously, its one of the best in the league.  If he was terrible Bills mafia would be calling for his head.  He has been an upgrade for them since day 1 and very solid hence the multiple Torrence praise threads.

Yup

I've watched all of their games and I don't care what those table dropping morons do or don't do. The guy is worse than Brandon Scherff and even the goofballs at PFF have him rated the absolute last of the Guards in the NFL.  He has the benefit of playing with a great mobile QB and being young, that's about it.

Its clear you havent watched their games.  I know what PFF has him graded as and thats why you say he is terrible lol. You should try actually watching games and then form an opinion instead of going just pff grade only.  PFF had Walker as the 99th ranked edge last year out of 112.  Alot of times pff grades match players performance  and alot of time their grade doesnt match the players performance as well.  It took you 2 years to realize Fortner was trash and you think Evan Neal is good so your take on Torrence makes sense.  Some Jags fan thinking he knows more about a Bills lineman than Bills fans is comical lol.

Buffalo ranks No. 1 in pass-block win rate (85%) through three weeks. Your oline is only as good as your weakest link.

Lol, whatever man. The line might be good but OT stinks. Worse than Scherff and you defending it like your life depends on it.
