Worst? No.
Most incompetent? Absolutely. ( tho Tepper in Carolina is currently a close second)

The Browns owner forced his FO to give a fully guaranteed contract to Deshaun Watson plus the trade of multiple first round picks after all the allegations and after he had not played for over 1 year.

The Jets owner just remade his team for Aaron Rodgers, and this was after experiencing the ridiculousness of doing that before with over-the-hill Brett Farve.

The Raiders owners have had no idea what they are doing for decades with revolving doors at QB and HC, signing high priced FA's for the glam, etc.

The Texans owner basically gave his team control over to a Chaplain for 3 years before lucking into Nick Caserio.

Yes, the Jags have been on a historic stretch of losing based on poor football decisions. But there have been examples of much greater incompetence throughout the league than the Jags have been experiencing.

I don't think any of those situations outweigh a 62-143 stretch man. Jets and Browns have been horrific though for the last decade too, so I'm sure each fanbase can make an argument which situation is worse. I am biased because I've abused myself watching this clown show, so it just feels worse to me haha.

Never said there aren't several "close seconds" to Khan. But he certainly owns the longest recent time span of incompetence.

Did you play exclusively as the owner, and leave the rest to sim once you hired your GM/coach? Remember, the owner doesn't call the plays, he doesn't read the blitz, he doesn't juke the defender.

This would be the equivalent to saying I'd be an expert car thief because I could beat GTA 5.

Lmao. Well said and golf clap
No, he's the perfect owner for the team. When the Jags fail again, we can say, Jags have again shad the bed.
Another great idea...

It’s all in front of us. Just feels like this franchise is purely destined for doom,  a freak year like 2017 is all we can hope for.

What about 2022?
The thing about the jags is while they are historically bad, they have sporadic moments of greatness in between. The problem is we can never build off of those things. Take 2017 and 2022 for instance. We collectively thought, or at least I did, that we had finally turned the corner into a consistent winning franchise, only to sink back to the depths in the following year.

Yep. Sometimes it just be like that, dawg. We're the Halley's Comet of the NFL. The last time we had a little gap like that of play off appearances we went 10 years play off less.

So, we're officially 2 years into this decade of doom. We'll see our next play off run in 2033 followed by another run in 2037.

By then, Arch Manning will have entered the NFL and won 2 Superbowls with the clots.

Tell you what wolf, we can make a lot of money in the coming years betting against the Jags. It's the easiest parlay starter, just pick the opposing team ML. In KHAN we trust.

Just know that as soon as someone else buys the team it will be moved the first possible chance. No one else is keeping the team in Jacksonville.

I’ve learned over the last couple of weeks reading comprehension is a hard thing. Especially for someone like you. Maybe you just wouldn’t understand (too poor). I said ML, meaning moneyline. Means doesn’t matter the spread. I also said it’s a great parlay starter. You probably don’t know what any of that means(too poor).

Well I've certainly learned what a fool looks like in text, you're a case study.

Good God.  Who the hell is supposed to know ML means moneyline?

And not knowing what that means doesn't mean someone's too poor.  It means they're not an idiot.
