GM and HC.
1. GM
2. Coach
3. Scouting
4. Interior defensive line
5. Interior offensive line
QB is settled but all others are a need. That included GM and HC.

Glad you think so, I have my doubts
Gm
Hc

Oline
I'd keep Jaxson Deville, Cooke, BTJ, a couple hotdog vendors, the long snapper, Little, and the probably Ventrell Missle.
I went OL. Interior OL. Run game hasn't been consistent. Center and RG need upgrades. Have to put the QB in the best situation to succeed.
This is easy.

HEAD COACH

Sorry.  If your team goes 3-15 in your last 18 games...your defense is worse in the league, and has not been a physical defense for 2 seasons...and both your QBs look better in the no huddle offense than they do running the "system"...then you need to be gone.

Baalke first...

Defensive Tackle is starting to look pretty damn important too.
Big men on both lines.
Winning, physical culture first and foremost.

Interior o line and d line next

Secondary third

This. This should be the #1 priority.
Oline if we are talking players only, no push from the line, RB are first contact behind the LOS all year.
I would say build the lines first. But really what the team needs is a total reset, head coach and general manager. Then let them figure out how to fix things.
BPA. With that said, if all things are equal im fixing the lines. Ratledge at center and Trey Smith or Tyler Booker at RG. I like what I seen from Maason Smith in his first game back.
an aggressive nature on the field by all players during the game.
new owner  with football knowledge

a new qb Trevors career is finished.  the dirty player did exactly what he wanted to do,ended Trevors career.
You say players only?

I chose other, because we need a player who can double as HC then.

I voted offensive line as the top priority, although a case can be made for the secondary as another cornerback and safety will be needed to replace Darby and Cisco (has been a big disappointment). Maason Smith needs to prove that he was worth the 2nd round pick and he does have the physical tools to be a very good player. His injury-prone history will remain a concern until he proves otherwise. A true nose tackle should still be added at some point unless they feel Jefferson can "grow" into that role.

I'm 100% on board with Smith, Booker and Ratledge. Booker should be a top priority at the top of round 2 as he can be a tone-setter in the run game. Ratledge may be available in round 3 depending on his combine workouts. He could initially be used as a swing guard and backup to Morse at center. It's possible that he could actually beat out Morse, whose play as of late has been average at best. Ideally, they would get one more good year out of Morse who seems like he'd be a great mentor to teach a young center the "tricks of the trade." I consider getting Trey Smith a long-shot at best. The Chiefs may find a way to keep him, but even if he leaves there will be a lot of competition to get one of the best guards in the NFL who is still in his mid-20's. I guess we can still hope it happens. Hope is what us Jaguars fans are best at!
While I agree with the majority on O-line, I do hope everyone is prepared to be disappointed. It's a guarantee 4/5 on the O-line will be the same, and truthfully I don't see Scherff going anywhere. You going to cut him, eat 13M, and sign a high priced FA? Commit like 25 mil to ONE guard spot lol? Maybe even more, the top RG is getting paid 20M.

It's a tough pill to swallow, but they likely running it back with all 5 on the o line lol. So with that said, objectively, I'd say DB's is where we can get the most immediate improvement. Need 2 starting safeties and a corner across Campbell, and honestly maybe 2 corners because Campbell just can't seem to stay healthy. Depth at corner would be great, with JJ at nickle.
